We booked this Hotel for 1 week all-inn... NEVER AGAIN! Let's start with the room.. Very very small, and you can hear everything from the "neighbors " The Fridge isn't able to cool more than 2 bottles. The Shower can't hold a steady temperature, and the TV only has 5/6 channels, and they are all in GERMAN!! Than the restaurant.. The variety is very limited, the "only" have a 2 day plan, 1 day is meat day, and the next is fish.. and they alternate. This is a problem for me, because I have an allergy against fish. The Quality is extremely poor, most is cold, or dried out completely. Than the "new" Corona Rules made it almost impossible to enjoy the All-inn we booked, only 3 alcoholic drinks per person with lunch, and another 3 with Dinner.. these drinks can not be taken outside the restaurant. All other alcoholic drinks (even a beer or a wine) needs to be paid separately. (Than why All-inn??) The Personal I think the best thing they can do in this hotel, is put the cleaning ladies in the reception.. they were soo much more friendly than the receptionist, or most of the waiters.. It seemed the these Ladies were the only ones "enjoying " their job. We most definitely will NEVER come back to this hotel.

The bar/restaurant on the boulevard is very bad. Service takes a very long time. The food is otherwise okay. Nice location only the staff is not catering staff. At least not what I'm used to

The hotel and the food there (we had 'all inclusive') were good if you don't have too high expectations. The staff is very friendly. The beach is great and you can walk to Ballermann 6 in 20 minutes.

In short! You are robbed in the hotel room from the locked suitcase money and everything else valuable that you can make money hotel does not help! Supposedly the woman has been cleaning for 20 years, but there is a different cleaning lady every day. Otherwise a very nice hotel

We had a wonderful holiday here! Rooms were not super big but just what we needed. We had a beautiful sea view! The food was very good and varied! Even the picky eater can find something here! The hotel is almost in the sea you only have to walk 50 meters and you are already there! Nice place lots of souvenir shops around! The bus connection to the capital Palma is perfect in 15 / 20 min you are in the center of Palma. In short, if you are looking for a nice hotel close to the sea, we definitely recommend this hotel! The staff certainly do their best to arrange everything and we certainly found them to be friendly.

Friendly staff, clean small rooms and good and varied food. The hotel is located directly on the boulevard, so the beach, shops and terraces abound in the immediate vicinity. The busy noisy nightlife area starts at a five minute walk. The bus stop to/from the airport or capital is directly in front of the hotel. A taxi ride from/to the airport costs about 20 euros. Fortunately no annoying animation, but regular opportunities to do something in the afternoon or evening. The hotel is very German oriented, which was no problem for us. In short, a nice holiday with partner. Room Tip: The odd room numbers on the higher floors have a pool and sea view.

When we arrived we were not greeted kindly. Masks should be compulsory in the hotel, unfortunately not all guests adhered to it. The staff didn't care. Our room was very small, the bathroom was so small that you could just stand in it. The balcony was very small, with a view of the sea and the garbage. The hotel is located a quarter of an hour from the airport. The hotel is located directly on the boulevard, so you'll be on the beach in no time. The food is excellent, lots of variety and choice. The staff is friendly and the interior is neat and clean. Disadvantages of this hotel are the bad and small beds and the minimal animation. just got back to the netherlands for an hour and the staff is horrible not nice and not helpful hotel is dirty and smelly food is filthy location s beautiful every hotel except this one i would recommend almost only german and everyone also speaks german they can barely speak english and or spanish rooms very small hotel also small and not nice beds do not sleep well
