We arrived at the Hotel Nura Boreal after escaping another hotel which was hideous! This hotel was perfect, a breath of fresh air. The rooms a light and open and very clean the bar is lovely and the breakfast superb! The local area is great with lovely bars and restaurants and just a five minute walk to the beach!

Although it is in need of refurb both rooms and exterior, it’s a wonderfully clean looked after hotel. The pool area is very nice, the pool itself is a perfect temperature, one in which I could have sat in all day. The rooms were spotless when we arrived, although a little dated the room and balcony was spacious, only downside was my a/c didn’t work, not sure if this is a problem throughout, it just meant I slept with the balcony door open. The staff were super friendly, let us leave are luggage on the day we departed. The location is great 10 minutes straight walk to the beach and a little bit longer to the main bars. Airport bus stop 5 minutes walk costs 5 euros. Don’t get a taxi if your not Spanish I feel like we were ripped off 18 euros for a 5 minute ride ? Altogether wonderful stay at the boreal, would definitely return.

The room was super dirty, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned by previous guests; hair on the floor, hair on the sheets, stains on the floor, stains on the mirror, etc. Not to mention that it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned well for years because, for example, the lamps on the bedside table had a thick layer of dust from having practically never been cleaned, which seems terrible to me being close to them. your face when sleeping. We only stayed one night (and thank goodness) because we couldn't have had a worse time with so much dirt.

I forgot the LAST day about some purchases I made and there was no way to get it back, they took it and THEY SAY THEY THROWN IT IN THE TRASH. I forgot it on a shelf in the room; -1 new Vichy New Serum, completely unopened from the box with plastic (because they say they threw it away, THEY DON'T KEEP ANYTHING AND YESTERDAY, HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD A BOTTLE OF CREAM THAT WAS NOT MINE, YOU CAN SEE THAT THE CLEANING GUYS HAVE LEFT OVER THEIRS SOLARS AND THOSE IF THEY DELIVER THEM LIKE FORGOTTEN) -1 new unopened tobacco package -1 iPhone charger cable only I call they tell me that there is nothing they asked and the next day they tell me that they have thrown it away while everything is new in the box and stored in a shelf in the room there is no where to get it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE A FORGOTTEN ONE YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK.
