The caulking in the bathroom around the tub was disgusting! And the grout of the tiles was not clean either.

Terrible place We we’re moved room twice due to smell of cigarette smoke. Bedroom had a mouldy carpet due to historical flooding and there was mould in the bathroom. There was mould in the bathroom and we didn’t shower as it was so bad. The housekeeping team kept knocking on our door from 9am despite check out being at 11 am.

Hôtel sélectionné dans le cadre d'un déplacement pour assister à des funérailles à proximité. Très petite chambre avec un manque évident d'entretien et un ménage qui laisse à désirer... Pas de serviette de toilette, la lampe de bureau couchée, abattant des toilettes cassé. Le réceptionniste a toutefois remédié à ces problèmes dès notre réclamation. Pas de restauration traditionnelle possible si ce n'est sous forme de snacking que nous avons mangé rapidement dans un coin salon très au courant d'air. A sélectionner pour "dépanner ", sinon passez votre chemin.

Rien de positif dans cet hôtel à éviter de toute urgence ! Pour commencer, nous avons récupéré une chambre non préparé (pas de changement des draps, poubelle pleine, etc). Suite à ma demande, nous avons une nouvelle chambre, la lumière ne fonctionne pas correctement donc 3eme chambre.. La le lavabo est cassé, bref pas le choix on reste.. Il suffit de voir l’état des murs ou sous les lits pour comprendre que le ménage est jamais fait, comme l’entretien. Le chauffage est tellement bruyant qu’il est impossible de dormir avec. Sans parler des gamins qui viennent livrer des paquets dans les chambres..drogue ?! Bref..à 2 doigts d’appeler la police..

Les chambres sont franchement vieillottes et mériteraient une rénovation complète. Avec le chauffage à fond, à peine chaud et pourtant le je ne suis pas frileux. Le pire, la salle de bain. Franchement dommage car l'accueil est sympathique, la salle "petit déjeuner" est propre et à priori récemment rénovée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est complet. Le petit tarif ne peut justifier totalement la qualité de le chambre. De plus, la chambre n'est pas "refaite" (séjour en WE).
