A great location in between Patnem and Palolem (both are walkable in 10-15 minutes) in the lovely, quiet village of Colomb. Close to some great spots to watch sunset. Clean and comfortable room, good desk space, and nice balcony. Helpful staff. Would recommend.

Like that property is beach facing and close to beach.
Hope they provide a phone in the room.
Bathroom latch was not installed properly.
Property is under construction.
Stairs could be improved.

A fabulous, chilled place with the friendliest staff imaginable. Gorgeous views of the beach and sea and close to good restaurants. Best of all, it’s away from the throng of very touristy establishments on the beach at Palolem … but they’re a short walk away

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The staff was very supportive and the room was very well maintained and we were provided with all the amenities. Also, the hotel is located at such a place from where all the necessary things are reachable by walk. Special thanks to the staff for being a wonderful host.

We had a very pleasant stay at luxury Seaview cottage,location of hotel is really nice and next to the beach.. It had nice Seaview from room and balcony. Our stay was very pleasant because of cooperative staff of Grand sea shades Goa. We had stay for new year eve and just 2days opening of hotel before we check in so property is new. If we are planning to stay in palolem, do we this Grand Sea Shades Goa...

Прекрасный новый отель, расположенный в тихом и спокойном месте среди пальм🌴 Номер просторный и светлый. Очень большая кровать с удобным матрасом, очень чистое постельное белье! Большая ванная комната, нет проблем с горячей водой! Скоростной интернет, что даёт возможность работать или смотреть фильмы онлайн) Панорамные окна с видом на море 🌊 в номере всегда прохладно, так как отель удачно расположен в тени, поэтому кондиционером пользоваться не приходилось! Большой балкон с удобной мебелью, где ты можешь отдыхать и наблюдать красоту пляжа «Палолем». Качественная ежедневная уборка в номере, спасибо девушкам и всему персоналу отеля за их доброту, вежливость и отзывчивость в любое время суток! Я жила здесь 3 недели и этл место оставило лучшее впечатление!!! Обязательно ещё вернусь сюда!
