Very good location and lovely old building which had been renovated well. The room is located next to a main road, so very noisy day and night, so maybe bring some earplugs to help you sleep. It did not help that the property opposite was being renovated so loud building noises aswell.

The pictures on the website are very accurate but having said that there are lot of pictures that have not been taken. As you go through to the upstairs landing where the bedrooms are you are greeted by a building site. The walls are not plastered and there is rubbish and debris strewn about. The stairs are concrete and there is no lift. If we had been told that the hotel was still a work in progress then we would have been prepared! Its more about the question to detail. There is only one small rubbish bin, this is in the bathroom. There are no shelves in the shower for shampoo etc so we had to put everything on the floor. There is no double glazing, so very noisy at night. The breakfast consisted of one cup of coffee and a croissant. We ate in the fish restaurant once. We all had the same except for one person who had the octopus balls in cheese sauce as a starter. They were quite unwell the following morning. Two sachets of green tea per room. No staff on hand to speak of. A very disappointing experience on the whole. No safe for valuables or passports so we carried everything with us.

Localizzato in una via centrale, vicina a bar, ristoranti e punti di interesse. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, come il resto della stanza. Gentilezza e cortesia hanno reso ancora più piacevole la nostra permanenza. Ci torneremo, se ci sarà occasione!

Stanza nuova e spaziosa, pulitissima, l'arredo nuovo. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dagli scavi. Siamo arrivati tardi ed i ragazzi del Ristorante ci hanno accolto splendidamente, aiutandoci a salire le valige nella rampa di scale. Unica nota non positivissima è l’insonorizzazione sia verso l’esterno che verso le altre camere. Non è un Hotel ma un B&B.

La stanza era molto bella e spaziosa, pulitissima, l'arredo nuovo e curato. Posizione ottima per il centro, la stazione e gli scavi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e se andremo di nuovo a Pompei ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie a tutto lo staff per la cortesia, simpatia e professionalità.

Camera spaziosissima, con bagno in proporzione e doccia a due piazze, terrazzino con vista panoramica sul santuario a 300 metri e, dalla parte opposta, sulla stazione a due passi, collegate tra loro dalla via Sacra su cui si aprono svariati bar, pub, ristoranti e pizzerie. Aggiungiamo frigobar, condizionatore estate inverno, supertv, bollitore con corredo di tazze e tisane. Fin qui cinque stelle. Poi si deve scendere. Ingresso comune con il ristorante (stessa gestione) che bisogna attraversare per raggiungere le scale il cui sottoscala fa da magazzino al ristorante stesso e bisogna rasentare anche quello (sconto al ristorante per i clienti di Crudo Home 10%; insignificante). Tre giorni senza pulizie. Il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato il cambio asciugamani fuori dalla stanza: non hanno le doppie chiavi per entrare a fare la stanza? Accoglienza in presenza zero, rapporti solo per messaggi: ma il calore umano dovrebbe essere essenziale all'ospitalità. Però se volete essere lasciati in pace, allora è il massimo. Noi ci siamo sentiti un po' abbandonati a noi stessi, un po' guardati come estranei quando rientravano la sera e dovevamo passare tra i tavoli dei clienti del ristorante. Tutto sommato tre stelle mi sembrano la media giusta.
