B&B Studio83 Pompei

well where do I start. After reading all the reviews I booked this B+B as it was apparently 300 yards from ruins ( for which i had also bought tickets for), complete rubbish its a half hour walk away! The apartments are within a apartment block to which you have no access when you arrive. We had to wait for someone to walk out of the building before we could enter it. When we finally got in, we told by a helpful resident that studio 83 was just round corner to the right. We knocked the door which took the receptionist an age to answer. On producing our holiday voucher, we were told we had not got a room as she was fully booked and had never received the booking. The booking was made in January this year! she then told us that studio83 was under new management from 9 months ago, but she would have still inherited all the bookings to keep the business afloat! So between Loveholidays and receptionist arguing about what to do with us was an absolute joke! We left outside and sat on concrete steps, with no toilets or anywhere to get even a drink of water for 7 hours! I would not entertain studio 83 again as she left the building at 17.00pm while we were still stranded! And as for Lovehoildays i will never go with them again either.

Exceptional little B & B. The room is well appointed and the beds were the most comfortable of any beds and pillows in our recent travels! Our room had 2 twin beds and a double bed. Breakfast was included and was also one of the best we had. The variety was unbelievable although served on a very tiny room. There is also limited parking out front on the street if you have a car, but you can park there from 9p-9a for only 1.90 euro! Or there is a nearby parking lot that you can pay for.
