5/5 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Don’t get me wrong the holiday PP wasn’t cheap about £1400pp if I remember correct. Personally I loved this hotel the staff in reception the young lady she was amazing and so lovely as requested she brought a bottle of cava up and a fruit platter for my boyfriends birthday! When she brought it up she wasn’t aware we was in the room as I told her we would be out but she was extremely apologetic for entering but I advised her it was no issue at all and she was amazing!!!! Food was good we went half board ALOT of option me and my bf are fussy & eat like children and we loved the food even tried something new the chicken and rice (can’t remember the dish name) was so nice! They had Mexican nights ect white partys amazing hotel for family’s young couple older couple pretty much anyone so accessible and 2 min away from beach and 1 min away from shops bars restaurants

This was my 2nd time to Bahia and I was welcomed with lots of faces I remembered from last year. Andrea is just amazing and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Seeing Maria at the bar again was like seeing an old friend! She is an asset to the hotel, aswell as Daniel and the bar manager (sorry forgot his name) The cleaners are so friendly and sweet. Everywhere is immaculately clean! Very comfortable room, only downside is we didn't have a full length mirror in the room this time, something I feel most people would like. So many lovely places to sit and chill out, indoors or out. I personally love the peaceful garden area. I was a little disappointed with the lack of entertainment this year. We had lots of different acts each evening before and there was a guy who would get people up and doing aqua aerobics in the pool or bingo. Nothing like that this year, the new entertainment guy just seemed to sit in the corner and not do anything. Which was a real shame as the evenings were very quiet and dull! One thing I would like to mention to management, I feel being a spa hotel and a base for many cyclists that maybe you should not allow a big group of 80 people staying. On our last day they arrived and caused alot of havoc in the pool area drinking alot and treating it like one of those cheap all inclusive booze hotels! I love a drink don't get me wrong but they were a mess and falling in the pool drunk! Diving in and splashing people, there were plenty of signs saying no diving! When I went to the bar to mention it, the lifeguard was hiding behind the bar for ages! He should be up at the pool controlling it! Luckily they arrived on my last day as up until then the stay was beautiful and peaceful! Overall I would love to come back again, just hope next time there isn't a big group of drinkers with no consideration to anyone else!

This stay was amazing. The room was amazing and the view was incredible of the sea bay and the mountains. The staff were especially amazing and fun. Shoutout too Juan, Barto, Maria, Dylan and Dani they made our nights absolutely amazing I would recommend this 10000%

The hotel is amazing and the bartenders really take care of all your needs. They are fun, sophisticated, and enjoy their job so much that they enhance our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel a the rooms are gorgeous, the staff are Excellent and the scene are beautiful. I cannot thank Juan, Barto, Maria, Dylan, Dani enough for making our stay impeccable.

Lovely hotel, very modern and very clean throughout. Helpful and friendly staff. Cesar and Joaquin are an absolute asset to the restaurant, both of them looked after us very well and were both very understanding and knowledgable with our dietary needs.

Enjoyed a morning at the spa. Everything was great except the steam room was out of order. Nothing was mentioned about this on booking.(Hence only 4 stars) Very clean facilities. Towels provided along with flip flops & swim cap. Free lockers to keep your belongings safe. The reception staff were super Marga & José Manuel. Very helpful & easy booking on the telephone. I would definitely recommend it!

Went here for a day trip on my 21st birthday and have to say I may have had one of the best experiences of my life, the weather was gorgeous and sun beds were wonderful. But I have to say my thanks goes out to Juan, Xisco, Biel, Raul and Barto. Not only do they make the best pina colada I have ever had they went out of their way to make my birthday memorable. Honestly some of the nicest people I have ever met.

We had the most incredible time here. The hotel is absolutely amazing. From the minute we arrived everything was perfect. The facilities are fantastic. We all used the spa and had a massage which was wonderful. The attention to detail just great. The restaurant and food was such high quality and a great variety. The best thing of all though were the staff, so friendly and helpful. Particularly Raul Barto Xisco Biel and Juan who went out of their way to make everybody feel welcome and looked after. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you all for an amazing time.

Juan kept the drinks coming! Recommend the Swedish Coffee it’s not on the card. Shower head kept falling that was annoying. The mosquitos ate us alive, but the bed was soooo comfortable!!! The beaches are quickly accessible and can walk to all the shops.
