Caribbean Tourist Villa

The Wi-Fi drops constantly..individuals may have to move around compound to get good Wi-Fi...the air conditioning units are black and dirty with dust and nasty mould..no maintenance!!!! Mosquitoes are on the compound...the front gate sometimes isn't locked at times which is a safety hazard because it's in the capital Port of Spain which is a crime spot...rooms are not cleaned in a timely manner...I have never seen staff sanitizing areas where guest frequent and this should be done during this covid times even though cases are less sanitary practice is paramount...supervisor on shift does not care about client complaints nor Mr Harvey Borris the owner...the back kitchen is dirty where people cook..and no fire extinguisher in compound in the event something goes wrong in the kitchen...when a couple or single person is bathing in pool there is no privacy because of a building apartment located outside the premises where those tenants can easily view you..I will post pictures...the only good thing is bars and restaurants are about 5 minutes walk depending on where you're going it can be a bit further...Staff doesn't take it kindly hearing this place needs a little help and even some staff agree that this place is crap..For 385T T a night is the biggest robbery without a gun...The water fountain has water settled and mosquito larvae.. In my whole life it's the worst place I ever stayed in..this placed is being advertised on T.V as a nice exclusive place( a home away from home) and nothing..I repeat nothing could be further from the truth.
