Our room had a big refrigerator, which we needed because we had a cooler of frozen food that needed to be put in the freezer. It also had a two burner cooktop and a microwave so I could make our lunch and dinner. It also had a dishwasher and a sink. We stayed here because we had an unforeseen emergency.

Our first time there and were upgraded to a suite. Room was nice but after 2 days started smelling bad... like something had died. The floor manager tried to find it but couldn't. Customer service was good though, as she left us a long note telling all the things she had tried. Breakfast was mediocre, almost identical to Hampton Inn.

Very clean and modern. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. Easily accessible and close to shopping, dining and a grocery store. Only issue was the air conditioning was quite loud. We would stay there again.

Our stay here could not have been any better than it was. Wish I had more time to stay longer !! Cleaniness, friendliness of staff, huge well equipped rooms. Definitely exceeded my expectations!!

My family had an excellent experience! The womam who checked us in (429 on February 3rd 2024 at Port St Lucie) was AMAZING. She was awesome. We will stop here every time we are visiting florida. Thank you!!

The property was fine. ******* did not booked the room properly i ended up have to book directly with the hotel for a room. This was due to the reservation with ******* not coming through to the hotel!!! The hotel spoke to ******* still no clarification or refund!

The lady at the front desk was nice. I think she was from overseas. The gym didn't have towels or wipes on two occasions. I also passed by the front desk and didn't see the representative. The shower handle was loose as if it was coming out of the wall.
