Check in foi muito confuso, hotel não possuía informações da reserva nem do pagamento que já havíamos feito e queria cobrar novamente. Até o momento do check out não haviam recebido informações da Trip sobre o pagamento antecipado que havíamos feito. Eu havia levado cópia impressa da reserva bem como da confirmação. Situação constrangedora. Certamente não vou reservar mais pela Trip.com para não passar por essa

The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

TV sem funcionar (em 2 apartamentos que usamos), torneira da pia do banheiro quebrada, atendentes despreparados e um foi grosseiro diante da minha reclamação. O Gerente Tiago foi gentil e tentou resolver o problema. Muitos problemas para um hitel novo. Localização e vistas excelentes.

Hotel sensacional, novo, moderno, lindo. Café da manhã sensacional. Camas confortáveis, amenities do boticário, chuveiro muito bom. O unico porém é o banheiro, que tem somente uma porta de vidro e não tem exaustor. Nao te da muita privacidade. Mas o hotel é sensacional, a piscina é maravilhosa, aquecida, deliciosa. Fica dentro de um predio que te da acesso ao shopping, ao Hard Rock Café, enfim, foi tudo otimo.
Unica coisa ruim foi a diária do estacionamento. 95,00 reais.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto muito bom. Porém, não tivemos um bom atendimento no restaurante no café da manhã. Funcionários mau treinados, e também, não estavam dispostos a atender.
