Hotel is beautiful didn’t have one bad meal very friendly staff from reception to house keepers, had a treatment in spa Stella was very lovely friendly got us booked in for are treatment the treatment was with Pino made me feel relaxed very professional enjoyed the treatments definitely will book again when we come back next year

Very dirty, noisy, mosquitoes flying over the food, breakfast area very dirty and no air conditioning, it was very hot and lots of mosquitoes biting us. Few employees working to serve us, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to come fix my air conditioner. First and last time I stay at this hotel.

A estrutura do hotel e localização são excelentes, café da manhã bom também, poderiam acrescer queijo branco e não colocar pão de queijo do dia anterior, por vezes. Limpeza e quartos excelentes. Atendimento muito bom dos funcionários Gil da Recepção, Simone do Bar, Henrique Garçom da piscinas e o ótimo trabalho do Chiclete na recreação, vale a estadia! Pontos negativos: Piscina do bar molhado ficou interditada nos 7 dias de nossa estadia, sauna também - sobraram duas piscinas para adultos, sendo que a profundidade de ambas superavam a placa indicativa de 1,40M, o que dificultava e até impossibilitava o uso de mulheres e idosos com estatura baixa, deixando somente a piscina infantil como opção. Relatei o problema para pelo menos tres gerentes, falaram que iriam ligar a bomba para baixar a agua, porém até dois dias do ocorrido nada foi feito. Consta consumo de águas na conta de check-out sem utilização. Recreação infantil feita por duas moças é bizarra, as duas com muita má-vontade.

O hotel tem uma área de lazer infantil excelente! Piscina infantil incrível e mais um espaço kids que à noite e nos dias de chuva são excelente opção. Encontramos funcionários simpáticos e solícitos e fomos muito bem atendidos sempre. O jantar incluso foi muito bom para a nossa dinâmica com as crianças também. Nosso quarto tinha um tamanho excelente, a ressalva era a estrutura com alguns problemas de infiltração. Em geral, a impressão é de que os funcionários estão sobrecarregados e não conseguem dar conta da demanda em meses como janeiro, já que a limpeza em algumas áreas como a piscina e banheiros da área comum demoravam bastante.
