Paid as REGULAR CUSTOMER 4000€ for 4 months. Oct 2023 to Jan 2024. If I knew the real condition of the residence, I probably 'd have booked the staying somewhere else. DO NOT trust the pictures on the medias, they are just a bunch of old inventory stuff... There is no control, no maintenance, no care about the place, etc.. For your safety and wellbeing, STAY AWAY from this place! Ciao.

We were at appartment 10 at Elba Golf and we loved everything.The view was amazing and the lady at reception Paloma was fantastic,so professional, she helped us with everything we needed and gave us all the information to reach places we wanted to go. Thanks again. From Ruzhen Castro

Incredibile la maleducazione del Direttore della struttura nel rispondere ad una richiesta di informazioni per risolvere un problema logistico (mancanza di taxi disponibili). Si è presentato in uno stato psicofisico evidentemente alterato e invece di aiutarci a provare a risolvere il problema ha iniziato ad inveire sbattendo la portiera dell’auto e gridando che dopo una giornata di lavoro non poteva perdere tempo con i clienti. Peccato perché il resto dello staff si è dimostrato professionale e gentile.

Posto molto bello e struttura all'altezza. Si possono raggiungere i paesi e le spiagge in pochi minuti di auto, personale squisito. Un grazie a Gilberto, Mattia, Fabiana, Sara, Matteo e Monica. Splendidi. Seguite i loro consigli, vi faranno scegliere al meglio tra le mille attività possibili sull isola. Da ripetere ❤

Posto molto strategico con appartamenti funzionali, puliti e con una bella vista. Il team dei ragazzi è super nell’accoglienza, nella simpatia e nella disponibilità a risolvere ogni problema. struttura in campagna, lontana dal mare e da altre strutture, praticamente in un campo da golf. al nostro soggiorno il giardino e la piscina ancora non erano stati curati e sistemeti. piccolo bar funzionante, personale cortese e disponibile. appartamento spazioso, comodo, bella visuale, bagno un pò vecchio ma spazioso, prezzo onesto

Struttura nella media Un plauso ai ragazzi dell’accoglienza, in particolare modo a Riccardo che si è reso disponibile ed attento alle nostre esigenze, un giovane professionista con un brillante futuro Purtroppo non si può dire la stessa cosa per il responsabile alla reception, al quale, per via di un imprevisto, avevamo chiesto la gentilezza di poter posticipare il nostro check out di circa due ore ( segnalo che la struttura era praticamente vuota) Ci siamo sentiti rifiutare la nostra richiesta con delle motivazioni inverosimili, imbarazzanti, addirittura che proprio la nostra stanza era stata già prenotata, ma che se avessimo pagato una sovrattassa ci avrebbe concesso quanto richiesto Segnalo che in via del tutto eccezionale ci ha concesso un ora in più, che non ci è servita a nulla Chiaramente non era dovuto, ma avremmo apprezzato la gentilezza e non ci saremmo sentiti presi in giro con argomentazioni non credibili

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa struttura. Pulizia da rivedere, così come la strada per raggiungere i vari appartamenti. Come posizione è strategica, molto vicina alle spiagge più belle dell’isola. Da rivedere anche i prezzi della piscina per chi alloggia nella piscina. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. Un altro appunto dovrebbero essere più chiari per dove depositare l’immondizia.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, il personale della reception è stato molto gentile ed efficiente. L'appartamento è anche carino, dotato di tutti i confort, purtroppo lo abbiamo molto sporco, capelli nella doccia, water sporco, lo scopino del water rotto, briciole sulle sedie, un pezzo di un flacone di detersivo sotto il divano, il pouf macchiato... Ho dovuto ripulirmi io il bagno con la candeggina. Raramente ho trovato un posto così sporco. La struttura sarebbe anche bella ma è trascurata, e onestamente per quello che abbiamo pagato la camera mi aspettavo tutt'altra cosa. Peccato. Non ci metterò più piede.
