We wanted to leave a comment because we wanted to report this hotel because it is a shame… We had booked my partner and I in this establishment and we were more than surprised when we arrived at 1 p.m. at the hotel reception to learn that our reservation had been canceled! Like that without explanation, without the slightest excuse, 1 hour from our Check in, after more than 3 hours of driving, the trunk full of luggage on the eve of one of the biggest bridges on May 8! We had no choice but to accept suggestions from the hotel in return, only to return us of course, well below the service we expected! A shame ! We cannot leave people on the street by warning them an hour in advance. Fortunately, thanks to *********** who went out of his way to help us escape!!!!

Pleasant stay. Professional and friendly welcome from the staff. Idyllic location with a view of the sea. Some minor flaws in the finishes. Small downside, there is a lack of better signage on the road. Good reference overall

New hotel, excellent location on Portovenere, a beautiful village/town but forgotten for too many years... the hotel is very well furnished, especially in the common areas, spacious but bare rooms, excellent mattress and excellent cleanliness. The hotel opened in the summer last but it already seems dated, it has a lot of potential but it absolutely needs to improve, there are too many maintenance works to do, as it already has problems with infiltration and humidity, our room was immediately changed, it had mold problems. Problems also with the heating in the room, partially resolved. It has free parking which is essential for Portovenere... there is the possibility of half board, fortunately the restaurant and bar are excellent, the chef and the girl who makes professional cocktails. breakfast is poor, monotonous, not 4 star, don't pay attention to food intolerances. All the staff are friendly and helpful. in general, I was in the low season, I could say that I had a good time, above all I had a very good dinner at the restaurant, but the price was too high, in February it's not good, I can say that it didn't good value for money.

Spectacular views, about 1 km walk from the centre, has free private parking.

Fantastic stay! We got a free upgrade and enjoyed our sea view suite. We used both the bar and restaurant, which were excellent. The pool area was a bit small, but we were the only ones using it - and there are also only limited rooms. Super good!

Very good hotel, too bad about the parking, we have to let the valet take care of it. It wastes time when there are people there. the view is a little spoiled by a building even on the 16th floor otherwise the restaurant room has a great view. overall very satisfied though
