Everything was good except that the door and the walls were not that sound-proof, so you may sometimes hear people chatting in the corridor or in their rooms if they were loud

The hotel location is perfect, just few tram stops away from old town. Delicous breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hotel is old, needs to be renewed ! The room was tiny, AC was not working and reception never answer to phone, old tv with no screen mirroring, the shower was not as hot as wished, the breakfast was not good at all. Only location in front of tramway is a plus, otherwise, I don't recommend this hotel.

It was 27 degrees upon arrival so it was pretty hot but when I rang the reception, they said air con isn't turned on unless in summer months. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the booking site. So you're required to open a window to get some ventilation which means anyone had access into your room whilst that huge window is open. Also, there's no fridge which is usually part of basic amenities. No other toiletries too were provided in case this is something you require. Location is close to a tram station so it's convenient but still travelling 20 minutes at least to get into the city.

Location ok but no basic things in the hotel ,swimming and spa you have to pay extra .

Nice hotel. Centrally located with easy transport links. Only downside is that no refrigerator in the rooms

Hotel was great Just opposite to one of the main tram lines Breakfast is meh.

The hotel is close to tram and bus station that take you to center for 12minutes. Restaurant and groceries are walking distance. Staff are unfriendly, amenities are not free and breakfast is bad. Poor selection of food. The room is not soundproof and you can hear the noice from lobby and next room. The room is fine but aircondition is not functioning well, no personaø fridge in the room.

Good for solo traveller that do not need to spend a lot of times in the hotel. Even before the check in time, the staff allows you to store the luggage in their baggage room. However, need to beware as they will provide you the key to enter the room instead of room only allowing staff to access. Do not put valuable stuff there to be safe. The room is cleaner and more decent than my expectation. The TV can be upgraded though. This hotel overall is good for its price.

Very clean and a perfect location.

No room service, access to the pool not included, the different food and beverage outlets open at different hours and with different rules depending on the staff working that day. And cherrie on the cake the hotel dosen’t have any double beds but only 2 single beds, not very convenient for couples.

Conveniently located just outside a tram station, connected to the city centre. Room is spacious, overall very good for the price.
