Average hotel. Arrived very late from a delayed flight and left very early. This is my fourth stay in Prague in other hotels. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you would like to explore the city or spending a night to catch your next flight as it’s definitely out of the main city center and manly in more rural area of Prague. No nearby bakery or grocery store. So you locked to get what hotel offers. It seems the hotel is very popular with tourist groups. The check in staffs were very friendly although we arrived at 3am. The hotel is clean but nothing special about the hotel itself .

This is about the 12th time I have stayed at duo, it's in an ideal location for me. The only criticism I have regarding the hotel is the pool and some of the leisure facilities that have been closed for the last 4years, I was told for renovation.

Hotel is very nice, however there are a few points worth to mention: * Concierge. Overall great experience, however one of the concierge team members (lady) had a Ukrainian flag on her name tag, which supposedly should mean that she should speak Ukrainian, when we started to speak Ukrainian, she was replying in russian! We do not want to be communicated in russian language, we did not pay to stay at the hotel to hear Russian when we did not ask for it! Very upsetting that you hire people without a knowledge and just put random flags instead of them speaking the language. *** Please explain to the staff that it is important to reply in the language in which customer is communicating or at least in English. Thank you 🙏🏻 * Service during the breakfast and housekeeping. All the kitchen, service and housekeeping teams were super friendly, very nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Special thanks to Roxolana & Halyna Pashinska for their incredible personal touch. * Hotel Room The room was clean, however had this horrible smell from the bathroom canalization. Each time we had to open the windows to be able to stay in the room. We were a bit busy and didn’t have time to deal with the room changes, however please do something about it. It is very very bad. * Food. Food is great, however we stayed since July 23d until August 6th and we could not eat the breakfast anymore, it is not changing at all 😅. If we knew we would book the rooms without breakfast and eat elsewhere. Water. There was no water in the room, which is a bit different from other hotels we stayed at. I hope this comments will help you to improve the experience of your guests.

Avoid this hotel not worth poor location and rooms, staff very unfriendly. Never go there again.

Location is far from the centre, but you can just take a metro which is in front of the hotel. Not much variety of the breakfast. The pillows are not comfortable. The hotel front desk was incredibly slow, he didn’t really know how to do. He promised us that he would take care of the issue and solve it that night, but no update. The next day we came to him again and then he promised that he would check it right away, asking us to wait. So we went upstairs and came back, and see he was handling other guests. Until we went to another staff, then he only checked it with the manager.  He promised to check it last night, so he could just check it with the manager last night. It feels not professional when you promised the guest to handle it, but you only did it the next day, and only after we checked with another staff.

The hotel is located a little bit far from the city centre. But 2 minutes away there is a metro station with a direct line to the center, it takes 15-20 minutes to get there. The hotel has a big parking, but it is very expensive - around 16 euro per day. There are much cheaper options just across the street. The breakfasts are the same every day, but rather good. It is cheaper to book a rooml with a breakfast than buying breakfast at place.

The hotel is very cozy and away from the bustle of the city. There were difficulties with the number, but manager Vladimir solved everything. The staff is very friendly and responsible. We'll be back in the summer. By the way, the pool is not working, you never know who will go with this calculation like us)

Nice staff, very close to the Letisce metro. Breakfast was a bit strangely organized, had to wait a bit. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and had everything you could wish for. What bothered me was that there were only two coffee machines, which were very slow, which was a bit of a hassle with so many people. The rooms are a bit thinly soundproof and the doors can only be pulled shut from the outside, so it is not possible to close them quietly.
