It was absolutely great! unfortunately my friend was ill so I had to stay alone there. Still, it was a pleasent stay. Very professional. Welcome drink at the arrival. Very beautiful Hotel. Very beautiful Rooms. could upgrate easily to a room with a castle view. stunning! friendly people. Wellness area is very beautiful too. nice design. free water with lemon/orange. and the location is p e r f e c t. i will defenitely recommenf it and come back when i am again in prague!

Excellent hotel staff,always helpful and smiling well placed,great wellnesspa and overall excellent hotel.We would love to stay there again sometime in thr future.Beutyful skybar on to top with excellent staff great to sit there and enjoy good coctailds.

The staff is very kind and courteous. We felt very welcome from the moment we stepped in. The rooms are big and beautiful however they feel « empty » barely no decoration, one wall was empty and it just felt « too big «  and too empty/blank. The castle view wasn’t like the one on their website. It’s much more far away. However the whole hotel is very tastefully made and very « chic » and close to the old town. The pool was very nice, the sauna also, very beautiful and design. The hammam had a weird odour so we didn’t stay in for long. Beautiful breakfast with everything you can think of, in a beautiful room. I overall recommend this hotel. We had a lovely time with my husband.

We had a lovely stay at the President. It's in a great location on the river, near the Old Town, and the rooms, facilities and service are excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful, curteous and friendly. Positively recommended - perfect for a long-weekend.

Great location. Friendly staff. Lovely spa area with plenty of beds around the pool. Delicious breakfast buffet with loads of choice. Good view from our room and balcony. Only slight problem for us was no tv in English except the news, when we wanted to watch a film or two when resting in our room. Couldn't even get English subtitles. All films were dubbed in Czech or German.
