Great service

Very good value hotel with decent breakfast. Tram stop just around the corner

I stayed here as a solo traveller. There are tram and subway stations within walking distance, so I think it is easy to access by public transport. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities.

It's a little far from Prague Central Station and the main tourist sites, but it's not too far to walk to and the tram station is nearby so it's not a problem. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good variety.

Hotel service is 24/7 Ask the front desk questions and they will be happy to answer them. Unfortunately, the TVs in the rooms are not Smart, and when I left a note for cleaning, the sheets, towels, etc. were not changed, they were just haphazardly arranged and left. I can't say that the breakfasts were very good either. Unfortunately, it's a 4 out of 10.

The location is not too far from the main station or tram line, and Wenceslas Square is about a 15-minute walk away. The facilities are also cleanly maintained, but the soundproofing against noise between floors and outside noise is a bit lacking.

We didn't know anything about Prague and we chose the hotel at random. We are very happy because it is very well connected by tram and a 15-minute walk to the centre. The hotel has a beautiful, well-equipped entrance and a good breakfast.
