The hotel is in the center of old town, very good location. Very quiet, secure and pleased. The building is old style and there are a lot of nice furnitures inside. Fantastic breakfast. We had a good time for my husband's birthday.

The room environment is very good

The hotel is in a great location, close to most attractions. However, Uber could not locate the exact location, and it was a challenge to drag the suitcase along the cobblestone road.

The hotel is located in the old city center. It is more convenient if you take a taxi because the hotel is quite far from the train and tram. That is not a problem. But the problem is that the roads in this area are made of ancient stones, so it is difficult to drag luggage. I arrived in the afternoon and found that the streets were full of tourists. The sound of dragging luggage was deafening all the way to the hotel. I immediately felt interested. ＞..＜” But as soon as I opened the door to the room, I was no longer tired because the classic beauty of the old building made me feel surprisingly warm. The bathroom was made of granite, adding luxury. The water pressure was strong. The air conditioner was cool and comfortable. There was no musty smell. The bed was clean. I liked it very much. If anyone comes to Prague, I would recommend staying here. * The only mistake I encountered was on the morning of the trip to the airport. I met a new staff who could not coordinate the hotel shuttle that I had already booked and confirmed with the staff the day before. He just said he did not know, even though the information was on the computer. In the end, I had to call a taxi myself. That was the most disappointing thing, even though it was the day I was going back. Shouldn't there only be good things at the end? But it's a personal matter. I try to understand it. Finally... I still recommend it for anyone looking for accommodation in this area. If you like liveliness, restaurants, shops and people, you will definitely like this place :)

The room is old, the facilities are not good, the lights cannot be turned off with one button, the coffee machine is broken, the toilet is not good, and the hair dryer is not working. Except for the good location, there is nothing else good.

Very satisfied, the room is grand and spacious.
