The room and entire hotel was super clean and well taken care of. The service from staff was phenomenal, especially from who I believe to be the manager. Breakfast selection was pretty good with a bunch of different baked goodies and cereal. Lastly, the hotel was nicely placed not far from the train station, neither the beach, although to be fair it’s a small town along the coast.

We had a great stay, the room was perfectly fine equipped with air conditioning which is well needed as well as other benefits. The breakfast was great and our expectations were exceeded. Everyone is very friendly and the owner is hands on in his business.

Amazing hotel for the location, price with the best staff! - This is the perfect hotel for a vacation to Praia a Mare. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and city Center. The breakfast is amazing, cappuccinos, espresso etc. made to order fresh as you walk in with a ton of Italian sweets, croissants etc. It's a perfect way to start your day. The rooms are huge, and clean! We had a private balcony and there's a rooftop terrace to watch the sunset over the coast. Martina and Matteo were the best. They helped us make a reservation to rent a private boat for the day and to the best seafood restaurant in the city!

Family-run hotel. The kindness, helpfulness and hospitality of Mr. Gennaro and his daughter Martina is the first thing you notice upon check-in. The property is well-kept and clean with spacious rooms, the buffet breakfast is very satisfying. Very nice area for the sea and for mountain biking given the many hiking trails in the nearby hills.

I love the location, the cleanliness of the room and the surrounding areas excellent. The prices are affordable We had booked a cheaper room type they gave us for the second time a larger room at the same price. I recommend.

Very convenient location, easy to reach by car, convenient for walking a few minutes from the historic center (10 minutes). Large and clean room. Super sweet breakfast, well-stocked and very good Fantastic staff, kind and always available. We also brought our dog (a dachshund), super welcoming towards him and available.

We stayed for the first time at the Hotel Tea in Praia a Mare for 15 days from 19/8 to 02/9/2024. Everything went perfectly: the room was clean, the room service was excellent as was the one during the sweet breakfast, offered by the hotel which turned out to be of excellent quality and abundant. The staff proved to be very professional, polite, welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend it! Just a little advice, put a coat rack in the room and a couple of shelves and a curtain on the window in the bathroom.

We had a very pleasant stay at the end of August. The room on the first floor is excellent as is the service. The owners and staff are very professional and always ready to satisfy our every need. The location is really excellent, 50 meters from the beach. Rich Italian breakfast and attentive and professional dining room staff. Impeccable cleaning
