Hide away is a must stay place in Praslin, Seychelles. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay here. Luckily from day 2, we were the only guests. The location of the apartment was good and just opposite the beach. The best beaches, supermarkets and jetty all are within 5/6 kms distance. We enjoyed our daily morning coffee by admiring and listening to the sea waves. Very good hospitality and overall its best place to stay.

Seriously we travel a lot, but this is one of the worst places we’ve been to and 100% tourist trap as it’s really too pricey for what you get. When we came here the place was dirty, especially under the bed and in the kitchen, guess no one really cleaned up properly ever since a long time. At least the managing staff are very nice and try their best to make the guests happy. So they cleaned up again and brought us freshly picked fruit from the garden. The property itself looks nice, the apartments are old and sketchy, besides the new big matrices in the bedroom. There is not much equipment in the kitchen to cook unfortunately. Also in one of the apartments TV and warm water isn’t working and not fixable. The area is sketchy, a lot of half homeless locals around the beach who drink and play loud music every night. The neighbors have their subwoofer right next to the apartments and play loud music literally EVERY single night. It is really a nightmare to stay in this place. The real owners don’t live here by themselves and they seem to not believe or understand (we also read a lot of similar reviews and the owner seemed to deny in every answer on the web instead of improve his hosting service. They told us these are other tourists who make party on the island. Funny, I’ve never seen any tourist traveling with subwoofers and looking like locals. But the staff told us it’s true, a lot of their guests including themselves were really annoyed and they asked the neighbors to be quiet several times but they simply didn’t care. Honestly, I’d not recommend to come here or even to Seychelles if your looking for a relaxed and quiet vacation or natural paradise. It simply isn’t unfortunately. It’s just a few overrated party islands and I guess it was also our own mistake that we haven’t informed ourselves better. In this case, the Maldives are the better choice indeed…

Excellent rapport qualité prix sur l’île de Praslin! Lors de ma réservation, c’était le logement le moins cher de l’île… je ne m’attendais donc pas à grand chose… mais quelle surprise!! L’appartement est très spacieux et très propre. Tout le nécessaire est la pour passer un bon séjour. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’immense lit… plus qu’un king size… du jamais vu! Chaque appartement possède une petite terrasse avec transat donnant sur le jardin de la propriété. L’hôtel est très bien placé sur l’île (proche des plus belles plages) mais il faut quand même une voiture pour se déplacer car même si l’arrêt de bus est situé juste devant l’hôtel les horaires ne sont pas fiables..( comme partout sur l’île) la plage devant les logements n’est pas la plus belle mais elle est vraiment correct pour un petit plouf! Pour finir, un petit mot pour le personnel car ils sont tous tres gentils et tres serviables. Je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement!

Appartement assez grand pour un prix imbattable. Logement propre avec tout le nécessaire, serviettes, éponges, chiffons… L’appartement est propre. Le lit est xxxl, j’en ai jamais vu des aussi grand, il doit faire quelques chose comme 280x200, faut presque un gps pour trouvé sa femme 😅 La mer est juste devant avec vu sur l’île de curieuse. Cependant pas vraiment de plage à marée haute. Pour résumé, on a bien dormi, au calme, et pour un prix imbattable (ce qui au Seychelles est presque un miracle)

Nous avons passé 7 jours fin 2021 dans ce logement en bois qui nous semblait super. De nombreux points négatifs : wifi de mauvaise qualité, gérants de parlant pas français et un très mauvais anglais ( même si plutôt sympathiques), ménage approximatif, conception du Lodge pas très pratique, manque d.éclairage ( pas de lampes de chevet par ex) . Le plus gros problème réside dans sa situation car à côté d’une sorte de squat avec un chien hurlant toutes les nuits ( problème connu depuis longtemps mais impossible à régler). Situé loin de tout, nous pensions que nous allions profiter du calme … Points positifs : grande terrasse avé en vue sur anse possession, accès direct à la plage, bon équipement, climatisation et brasseurs d.air dans les chambres, beau jardin, quelques attentions sympas ( mangues, coco fraîche…) Nous ne recomptons pas cette location car trop éloigné de tout sans avoir le calme en contrepartie
