Be very careful if you book a room at this hotel, wen you have to cancel your reservation, there is no garantie you will be refunded. I booked 2 rooms in early December 2023 and canceled my booking in early January 2024. Today, April 4th 2024, the hotel has still not refunded my reservation.

What a gem of a place! Wonderful attention to detail, beautifully decorated, very comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, and everything one needs is available. A beautiful home away from home. We were greeted with warmth, the breakfast was delicious, the bed extremely comfortable. Every amenity is available, and the Manor is also centrally located. Will definitely be back if in the area!

I had a wonderful stay, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend the place to others and will choose it again myself in future. The garden at the back is bonus and so relaxing to have breakfast there and even do work.

It was not as it was advertised, expected more. The breakfast did not cater to my diet. Few changes here and there but it was not bad at all. The host tried her best to make sure my stay was comfortable.

I absolutely adored the Manor. My stay was amazing. Most of all, I felt safe which was a big factor for me. The generator was a further safety measure as I returned from dinner during loadshedding. The service was excellent on all levels.

Beautiful and serene surrounding in a quite suburban area, a worm and friendly reception from Lilly and tender treatment for the rest of the stay. Very clean, neat and spacious room and a well-sized comfortable bed for a restful sleep. Freshly prepared and very nice breakfast.

The manger in charge is a people's person. Her level of communication and prompt responses to queries are fantastic. She also goes out of her way to assist where possible. My time at this place was awesome because the people made it enjoyable.

Our stay at Muckeneuk Manor, be it a short time was excellent, the staff is very friendly the food was delicious and the rooms was spacious and comfortable. I will recommend it to everyone. Keep up the good work.
