The staff were excellent. The check in process was super smooth and easy. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. This hotel is very unique and historic. A great place to stay.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Our room had a sauna and a jacuzzi shower. It was a large room with Frescoes. The entire hotel is covered with frescoes. We had a great breakfast as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

We have been coming to this hotel for several years now and the service is extremely welcoming and the rooms of the old Palazzo give a special atmosphere - an even our little dog is welcome here.....!

These ladies take great pride in their operations. I have traveled for business and pleasure many times to Novello Pallazo. This is always a highlight for my trip. They will do anything to make you feel at home. Rooms and beds are perfect. They go over and above always. I had to leave at 5am and they made me a takeaway breakfast in the morning. I didnt ask she offered at check out the night before. The breakfast buffet is a top mention for my enjoyment here. They also started an honor bar that I truly appreciate after a long day. The new outdoor seating and gardens are very nice. My wife could not make this trip but was very jealous! I will be back shortly. Best John

Fabulous experience in a wonderful town of Montichiara near Brescia. I only had one night during a very busy visit and this charming Palazzo which used to be a home ten years ago provided a truly authentic experience at bargain prices on a beautiful autumn day. Walking through the town to excellent dining options and the town center was like a stroll thru a medieval town hundreds of years ago, completely safe, with moms picking up their kids after evening tutoring, and church bells for Mass at 7 pm.

Tutto perfetto! Bellissimo palazzo storico vicinissimo al lago di Garda 😊 Consigliata a chi ama soggiornare in una struttura d’epoca conservata. La colazione ottima con dolce e salato l, per tutti i gusti! I dettagli negli spazi comuni sono curatissimi
