Nice place and very affordable. Comfy beds and good location. The complementary breakfast and coffee was nice too. The lady helping us was very friendly and helpful. The AC was a godsend. We stayed upstairs so an extra fan would have been nice for the second room and the shower is a on the smaller size.

This is a basically nice house but the smell of smoke will knock you over. Literally the housekeeper had been in and been smoking in our rooms and there was fresh cigarette smoke in the rooms. The pillows smelled of cigarette smoke the sheets smell of cigarette smoke upstairs. It was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are not very clean none of the lightbulbs in the lamps work, we tried to make coffee we had to clean and fix the coffee maker. We wanted to make toast but there’s no toaster so we tried to use the oven. There was a dirty grease the pan in the oven and it’s falling apart. This clearly was a very nice home at one point it has been let go. It is being run by a cigarette smoking team that could care less about the house.

La struttura ben tenuta con un gran potenziale.abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti x un evento sportivo...Ha bisogno di piccoli miglioramenti e sarebbe perfetta anche se un beb ....problemi con il wifi tv che non funzionavano ...il divano di sopra adrebbe rifodetato o cambiato xche sa di Sciatto e di sporco non basta coprirlo.. e altre piccole cose..situato su una strada dove c'è tutto tabacchi farmacia supermarket benzinaio ecc..torneremo sicuramente

Bellissima villa immersa nel verde, luminosa, con arredamenti di pregio e raffinati. Sono stata con la mia famiglia per qualche giorno, accolti con grande gentilezza e ci sono stati messi a disposizione tutti i confort possibili. La villa dispone di camere di ogni genere e anche di un appartamento al piano superiore con terrazzo che affaccia sul grande giardino. Mia figlia è intollerante al glutine e lo staff ha fatto in modo di farle trovare una colazione adatta a lei. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente, considerando che il b&b è anche in una zona servitissima. Tornerò sicuramente anche con amici!!

Siamo riusciti a prenotare in maniera velocissima grazie all'app di Booking e nel giro di mezz'ora prima del nostro arrivo la proprietaria si è resa disponibile a prepararci le camere, come è stata altrettanto disponibile per la colazione la mattina dopo, alla quale abbiamo partecipato per colpa nostra in ritardo. Abbiamo comunque trovato tutto pronto e abbiamo gustato una colazione molto familiare. Il b&b si trova in un ottima posizione, venendo noi dalla Contea Gentile. Vi consiglio di andarci quando siete in zona Chieti perché davvero ottimo. Potessimo dare più di 10 stelle lo faremmo!

Di passaggio, dal ritorno dal nostro viaggio dalla Puglia. Ambiente carino, con l'owner molto ospitale e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliato per chi desidera passare un piacevole weekend, a due passi dal meraviglioso litorale abruzzese.

Lercio.. lercio..lercio.Muri sporchi e con muffa, coperte con macchie gialle e lenzuola con macchie di rapporti intimi, materasso inesistente da tanto che era sottile e con grossa macchia di urina, tanta polvere, zanzariere rotte, anche la camera affianco da dove hanno preso il materasso da sostituire presentava muffa sui muri... praticamente uno schifo...non riesco a capire come possano continuare a lavorare in queste condizioni. Praticante uno schifo, mai più. Da evitare!!!
