After so many years in Europe, this is the first time I have come across such a bad hotel. The breakfast is just some pastries that no one eats every day. The waiter has a sullen face and gives you cold coffee. He never pays attention to you when you call him! It is a small town that cheats people to spend money.

Decent hotel. The normal room is a bit small. The location is very central next to restaurants available. The staff is very warm and attentive. A bit old-fashioned charm for those who appreciate. The main problem is parking. All the public places are paying (1 euro per hour) and almost all occupied even in winter or you pay 20 euros per day at the hotel. The lunch buffet is extensive and good. The common (dining room) unheated at the end of February, in any case that was my impression.

Hotel is in the middle of the town of Minori. It’s clean, spacious and nothing is a problem. We had a great experience the second we checked in, Rosa on reception is very helpful with arranging anything we needed. Alfonso the F&B manager saw to any of our needs. Coffee is hot and delicious and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

The room was spacious and lovely. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever enjoyed. Every member of the staff was just outstanding! This was a great experience for us and our friends. I have seen "mediocre" reviews and had hesitations, but I found those reviews not reflective of my stay at all.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and accommodating. The breakfast had lots of fresh food and alot of different choice esch morning. It was a shame the restaurant was only open at the weekend, but given the time of year, this was expected. I would return here again.

The hotel was first class , food was exceptional cooked by Salvatore . The staff were very friendly and helpful making sure you enjoyed your stay . The Fontenalla restaurant is run by Alfonso and his team they cannot do enough for you to make sure that you have enjoyed your experience in this charming establishment. I must not forget Roberta and her team on the reception first class so helpful with all our questions we asked. My last thank you is to the Reale family who own this charming hotel , keep up the high standards you are worth more stars,

Excellent location. Easy access to restaurants, promenade and beach. My back garden view was amazing with lemon trees scattered all over the hills.
Though end of season with much less guests and tourists around, I found it extremely attractive and love the peaceful surroundings.

This hotel is outstanding. The staff, from the front desk to the dining room, are absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We can't say enough about them and how they really add to the experience of visiting Italy. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We dined 8 nights at the hotel and the food was delicious, inventive and offered a variety of courses, from fish to meat to vegetables. Minori itself is a quiet town, not far from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi but it's very convenient to get around using the bus system. The hotel staff was very helpful and showed us how to navigate the bus schedule which is a little confusing.

This hotel gets five stars in a number of categories. The room was spotless, huge, and airy, The location is less than two short blocks from the beach. At the time of my visit, it was not rife with tourists, so the hotel was relaxing. The food in the dining room was good and reasonable. The staff was outstanding. I had to get room service a couple of times, and though the staff spoke English very well, they allowed me to practice my not-so-good Italian and were very patient both in person and on What’s App. They clearly were vested in making sure I had a good experience. Roberta, the day manager, I believe, went above and beyond in her service. One day I lost my hearing aid down a storm grate right outside the hotel. Not only were the townspeople helpful — one man went in to get Roberta who was going to call the city to remove the grate, but before she could, one strong man actually pulled up the grate allowing me to grab my hearing aid back. I left Minori vowing to come back and vowing to stay at Villa Romana again. Tips and recs: Use the What’s App to contact the hotel. For breakfast, we were happy with Bistro 52 down the street, but there are a myriad of bars and restaurants to go to near the hotel, including Sal de Riso, who is a world-famous baker, and has a restaurant across the street from the beach.
