Please avoid if you want genuine quality and a lovely Sardinian experience. 2 stars (rather than 1) only because of the great scenery and green costal location. The resort is run by an autocrat of a lady who is sadly still in the 1970's; staff are 'trained' in her way, which is direct, defensive and without empathy and nuance. She pretends she doesnt speak a word of English so all questions go to the young ladies at reception. When any question is asked at here, the staff are rude, un-empathic and demeaning - even for simple requests like 'what time is breakfast served?'. Giggling and muttering in Italian became the common response! With two young boys, we were disappointed to find on the first evening to find that 'dinner options' at the restaurant on site was a small palm sized frozen pizza or microwave pasta. This continued, with breakfast served on plastic plates, with plastic cutlery; all blowing away of course in this blustery location - all pre-made options, and thrown on the table. Our room with 'garden' was a thin ***** of grass outside the patio, unsuitable for the young boys. The rooms were dated, and not the standard expected for the promised 'luxury'. But the saddest thing about our dream holiday was the interrupted sleep we experienced each evening, whereby a loud 'screeching' noise (almost blood curdling!) was heard for 10-15 mins each evening at roughly the same time - 3am. When we asked about this on the second day, we were told 'we'll investigate'. It was day 4 before the poor handyman came along, and the feedback later was 'oh thats just our pipework, it is old'. No apology, no further discussion. We came back tired and fatigued, unsure whether we'd visit the island again. Don't book!

The worst customer service I have ever deal with. I booked hotel for me my Mom and my 7 month daughter. After the reservation I saw that the hotel Is 4 hours drive from the AirPort so I contacted hotel explained everything and asked if I can cancell it for free because I will not managage such a long trip with such a small kid. They said No!!Only to get the money. So I Lost over 500 euro!!! I spoke with booking. com the were really dissapoibted with such decision. Since its high season they will rent it for sure!!Huge zero for me. How can You treat families like that?????

Unbelievably poor customer service. The staff has been terribly unwelcoming and unprofessional. The services were very limited as deficient.. Getting started with the airport transfer. You surely have to count additional costs to get there: taxi ~90€, buses count ~2h. If you come with a rented a car, just like us, watch carefully the (rare) indications, you can easily get lost or confused. Not to mention the remoted location from the surroundings. Regarding the room, we booked a deluxe apartment and I am not sure how much of that it has. No room wifi, no coffee machine or at least a boiler for a tea, multiple stains in bedroom, no pickup line for night call emergency… Regarding the breakfast, nothing exceptional, far from true resort standards. The opening times are definitely not for early birds as the access is only from 8:00AM. If you are planning for a day excursion you might be leaving with an empty stomach or a light one. Please, I strongly advise you to read carefully the terms of services prior to your booking. It is vague and clouded information! The non-refundable policy gives them a tremendous advantage.. The only solution they might give you is: “pack your luggage and leave”. Hence do not rush to book, maybe better to keep your precious money and save it for something worth it. Sadly it seems money is their only interest.. Clients are the least of their worries and care. On a last note, you may have understood how unpleasant the family holidays turned out to be. We wish you to deserve a stay worth your expectations! Like italians would say, “addio Punta Falcone Resort.”

Avons séjourné au resort du 19 au 29 Septembre. Excellente expérience. Nous avons pu occuper l'appartement dès notre arrivée. Magnifique vue sur le détroit séparant la Sardaigne de la Corse. Le resort en général (propreté, environnement, installations, piscine...) est exceptionnel. Tout est joli, bien pensé, très organisé, les appartements ont tous les équipements nécessaires, jusque dans les moindres détails. Nous avons logé dans un appartement de catégorie "exclusive" et n'avons donc pas d'avis sur les autres catégories plus standard qui semblent être plus petits et peut être vue un peu moins spectaculaire. L'équipe est à l'écoute et très réactive. Le lundi soir, dégustations de produits Sardes (vins, fromages, desserts) dans le lobby du Resort. Tous ces commentaires positifs sont évidemment par rapport à ce que nous attendions : calme, repos, ... Il conviendrait peut-être moins à des personnes cherchant beaucoup d'activités. Il faut avoir un véhicule car le Resort est isolé, ce qui lui donne ce charme et calme. Tout est impeccable aussi en raison d'une organisation bien (très) cadrée laissant peu de place à l'improvisation, ce qui signifie des consignes et horaires assez précis ( petit déjeuner et piscine ne sont accessibles qu'à partir de 8:30 par exemple). Petite plage à 15 minutes de marche, peut être pas aussi exceptionnelle que d'autres mais très bien et très calme à cette période hors saison ( mi-fin Septembre). Une très belle adresse à recommander.

Posto incastonato sulla collina a ridosso dela spiaggia di Porto Quadro a cui si acced con una piccola passaggiata di pochi minuti. Molto curato e perfetto per una settimana dove non pensare a nulla: colazione abbondante e ricca di frutta... silenzioso, tranquillo e ben frequentato. Forse non per tutte le tasche visto il costo della'appartamento Consigliato

Wij kwamen op een maandagmorgen al vroeg aan, maar konden ipv om. 16 uur, al om 10.30 in ons appartement . We moesten even wachten en er werd ons koffie van het huis aangeboden, en daarbij een lekkere cheesecake. Wij voelden ons meteen welkom. Alles is prima georganiseerd. Er was info in een mapje, daar werd ook precies aangegeven wanneer ze je appartement gingen schoonmaken, wanneer handdoeken( wij kregen om de dag een setje, was ons teveel en hebben het op het bed gelegd) Konden zij het terugnemen. Ontbijt mee naar boven genomen, dan konden we een eitje en kaas er bij nemen. Beneden inderdaad alleen zoetigheid. Wel lekkere verse koffie. Je kunt zoveel nemen als je wilt. Dus ook vaak voor de lunch een broodje mee. Soms hadden ze ook stokbrood en hoorde ook bruinbrood, maar dat heb ik niet gezien. Wij hebben nog nooit zo een fijn appartement gehad. De inrichting was heel mooi op elkaar afgestemd. Voldoende keukengerei. Combi magnetron, wel even uitzoeken hoe het werkt. We hadden de superior geboekt en hadden dus nog ligbedjes in de tuin en een dakterras, dat was mooi ivm de zonsondergang. Tuinen worden goed onderhouden en zien er ook heel goed uit. Zeer service gericht personeel. Complimenten daarvoor. Christoffer was een constante factor. Fantastisch genoten hier. Harde bed viel wel iets mee. Maar dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk. Wij zouden zo weer gaan maar zou meer van Sardine willen zien, dus helaas dan moeten wij een andere goede plek gaan zoeken.

Una stella la metto per il posto e per la gentilezza del personale. Per il resto penso sia uno dei posti dove mi sono trovato peggio negli ultimi 10 anni. I disservizi e le mancanze superando di gran lunga le cose positive e la cosa ben peggiore è che la proprietà sa delle problematiche inerenti al residence ma se ne guada bene di sistemarle o avvisare i clienti... Partiamo dalla spiaggia del Resort, che sul loro sito vendono come una perla facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con "una rilassante passeggiata di 300 mt" . E' stato uno dei motivi per cui abbiamo prenotato in questo residence avendo una bimba piccola per alternare giornate in comodità a giri in spiagge più lontane, al telefono ancora a Marzo ci è stato confermato la presenza della spiaggia e la possibilità di prenotarla di giorno in giorno. A metà Giugno, 2 settimane prima del nostro arrivo, ci arriva una mail che comunica l'impossibilità di utilizzare il servizio spiaggia perchè non è stata data la concessione al Residence. Alla mia mail di risposta dove chiedevo delucidazioni, e del come mai mi è stato comunicato il tutto solo a 2 settimane dalla vacanze, visto che le concessioni balneari non vengono certo rilasciare a Giugno, non ci è stata data alcuna risposta. Per curiosità, una volta arrivati siamo andati a vederla questa caletta che non dista 300 mt ma 1 km preciso dal residence, e la rilassante passeggiata è una strada asfaltata con all'inizio 3/400 mt di rampa con pendenza al 10% e i restanti 700 mt in discesa (al ritorno poi da fare tutti in salita...con bimbi piccoli o anziani sicuramente di rilassante non c'è nulla, l'utilizzo dell'auto è obbligatoria) Ah per la cronaca è in assoluto la spiaggia più brutta della zona E questo è solo l'inizio. Appena si arriva viene richiesto il saldo di tutta la vacanza, ancor prima di vedere l'appartamento. Poi si viene accompagnati in un appartamento che sicuramente esteticamente e visivamente è bello e ben arredato ma poi standoci dentro un'ora ti accorgi di tutti i difetti accumulati negli anni: interruttori che non funzionano, lavandini del bagno e del bidè che ballano, anta del frigo staccata dal mobile e arrugginita...tutte piccole cose che si possono anche lasciar passare se non fosse per l'odore di MUFFA in tutto l'appartamento che rendeva irrespirabile l'aria. Dopo la prima notte passata nell'appartamento abbiamo chiesto in reception un cambio casa e ci è stato risposto che non era possibile visto che il Residence era al completo, alla nostra insistenza è stato proposta una pulizia extra per cercare di ovviare al problema (come se la muffa la togli pulendo...) Visto che non ci hanno lasciato alternative abbiamo aspettato la pulizia, alla sera siamo rientrati nell'appartamento con i condizionatori impostati a 18°, una volta spenti dopo 10 minuti l'odore era tornato (ovviamente) Il giorno dopo abbiamo richiesto di nuovo il cambio appartamento, ci è stato negato nuovamente!! Hemos estados alojados 8 noches en agosto. Lo positivo es que el entorno y las instalaciones son excelentes. Es un complejo de casitas con unas vistas preciosas al mar. Los apartamentos están muy bien, muy agradables, limpios y con todo lo necesario en la cocina, además de contar con un espacio de jardín propio con mobiliario incluído. La única pega que puedo poner al apartamento es que la cama era muy dura para mi gusto. Sin embargo, la poca calidad del desayuno y la falta de servicios hizo que nuestra estancia no fuera tan satisfactoria. Por un lado, el desayuno es excesivamente simple, te ofrecen una lista para elegir: una bebida caliente, zumo de botella, yogurt, muesli, un croissant y fruta natural. Nada caliente. Todos los días un croissant. Y, lo que es peor, todo servido en platos y cubiertos de plástico desechables. De ninguna manera un desayuno al nivel de un resort de 4 estrellas. Con sólo cambiar los platos y cubiertos desechables por una vajilla normal, la imagen y la experiencia del desayuno mejoraría bastante, aunque fuese repetitivo. No ofrecen ningún otro servicio. No hay restaurante y como está un poco alejado del pueblo más cercano, Santa Teresa Gallura, había que coger el coche para cenar fuera todos los días. Eso o comprar los ingredientes para hacerte la cena en el apartamento. En cuanto a la limpieza, las zonas comunes estaban muy cuidadas pero solo limpiaban los apartamentos cada dos o tres días. Eso sí, agradecimos mucho la amabilidad de la chica que nos atendió en recepción cuando llegamos. En resumen, los apartamentos y la piscina están muy bien, pero la experiencia alojándose en el resort no es la de un hotel de 4 estrellas ni de lejos. Con unos pocos cambios, podría ser un alojamiento excepcional.

il resort e' veramente in una posizione strategica, ben integrato nel contesto ambientale, ottima viste e in totale tranquillita', il posto ha superato le nostre aspettative, tuttto ben curato, posto auto personale, immerso nel verde, gli appartamenti pulitissimi.. il servizio e' impeccabile.. la titolare e lo staff riescono a metterti a tuo agio in ogni situazione in modo spontaneo e naturale.. colazioni abbondanti.. in pochi minuti raggiungi delle spiagge incantevoli.. grazie
