One of the best spa experiences. Breathtaking views. Visited as part of 5 hour wellness spa break. The location is one of the best, visited in March with snow capped mountain views. Snacks offered throughout the stay. Well equipped changing rooms with make up remover, but E and Shea body creams, hair dryer and hair straightener. Lockers offer slippers and dressing gowns. A happy hour runs from 4pm can benefit if you happen to be there during the visit. Very relaxing and thermal water is magical. Would recommend and would visit again.

The SPA experience fell far short of expectations. The intense overcrowding completely destroyed any chance of relaxation. Considering the hotel's premium pricing, the exclusive access for guests (limited to one hour, 8:30-9:30 AM) offered negligible value. Unless early morning exclusivity is crucial for you, I strongly advise seeking alternative accommodations and purchasing a day pass or hourly SPA access. The overall experience simply didn't justify the hotel's cost.

We spent five (3) nights in the historic Hotel Bagni Vecchi di Bormio during our trip to Bormio. The rooms are well-appointed with an array of amenities and several types of robes and slippers. After a day of hiking, sightseeing, or biking, the hotel offers a first-class spa offering an array of services including a wonderful steam room, outdoor pool, roman baths and much more! During our entire stay the service was 5 stars. Many thanks to everyone at Hotel Bagni Vecchi for helping us with our laundry and other needs!! We will be back. The Team at Jetsetz.com
