Our first experience with Blue Serena was before the children's vacation, so Alborea Eco Lodge was free resort at the beginning of June. Tasty food , beach with fine sand and smooth entry into the water; bungalows are outdated but spacious and very clean. The good services of the staff make up for everything, from the main restaurant (thanks Antonio) to pool bar (thanks Giadra and Nicola). We recommend this resort for families with children ; we will choose Blue Serena -Kalidria next year.

ALBOREA ECOLODGE RESORT, è una struttura posizionata all'interno di una riserva naturale. Le casette "LODGE" sono ottime e confortevoli, anche se andrebbero un po rimodernate e le indicazioni più precise (ad esempio il lodge 407 non si trova lungo il percorso indicato). La cucina è di qualità, varia e genuina. È interessante anche poter usufruire degli spazi comuni e dell'animazione delle altre strutture che compongono l'intero complesso. La piscina con acqua salata è fantastica ma anche le altre piscine presenti nell'interno complesso non sono da meno. Molto apprezzato il servizio teli, sia in piscina che in spiaggia. Quest'ultima FA VO LO SA, immersa nell'oasi naturale, riservata solo agli ospiti del complesso. Si raggiunge con appositi trenini o anche in bici ma per chi ha voglia di fare una lunga passeggiata, anche a piedi. Il mare bellissimo. Peccato che per ogni nucleo familiare spettano, oltre all'ombrellone, solo due lettini che diventano tre, previa disponibilità. Nel nostro caso, il quarto si è dovuto un po arrangiare. Molto apprezzato poter usufruire,perché ricomprese nel pacchetto,dei pedalò e delle canoe per godersi il mare. Alcune cose non sono ricomprese nella formula del soggiorno, come ad esempio il ristorante in spiaggia, le consumazioni al bar e il servizio biciclette. Al gruppo BLUSERENA segnalerei una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia all'interno dei lodge. Qualche piccolo accorgimento e sarebbe tutto perfetto. Un grazie di cuore a tutte le maestranze, gli autisti delle navette e di quelle elettriche. Una splendida vacanza trascorsa all'ALBOREA. Sperando che il gruppo BLUSERENA prenda in considerazione quanto segnalato, tra l'altro dettagli facilmente risolvibili, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

L'Alborea is a structure made up of beautiful villas in the pine forest. The villas are welcoming and very comfortable, furnished in a pleasant vintage style. The restaurant is self-service, the food is good and can satisfy all tastes. The services offered are well organised, for example the availability of beach towels changed every day and the rooms are always very clean. This year there have been further improvements, such as the extension of the timetable of the train to the sea until late in the evening and greater quiet both in the evening and on the beach. L'Alborea is an environment of peace and relaxation for those who love nature and seek peace. All the staff are always very good: Giuliano Mascelloni and Massimo Villani, attentive, professional and very kind, the ladies of the rooms Grazia and Tilde, the guys at the bar Filippo, Margherita, Giada and Antonella, Mrs. Orsola and the whole reception. We thank everyone because we always feel at home at Alborea.

Seconda esperienza all' Alborea, bella struttura ed ottimi servizi. Ristorante di alta qualitá a buffet, tutto ben cucinato, complimenti agli chef Luca e Pio! Ottimo servizio navetta e spiaggia molto bella, ottimale per relax, peccato quest'anno niente sport in spiaggia e neanche il bar sulle dune. Nota negativa non avere acqua in camera gratuitamente, neanche con formula extra. Difficoltá anche per diabetici, nessuna bevanda disponibile in formula extra senza zucchero. Basterebbe poco per essere al top...

Lo valutano un 5 stelle, ma probabilmente era un cinque stelle quando l’hanno aperto 30 anni fa non sicuramente oggi! I servizi non sono assolutsmente all’altezza dei servizi, e i soldi che ho speso per questa vacanza con il mio compagno e una bimba piccola di 9 mesi non li risponderei mai: 1) nota positiva: la gentilezza del personale a volte anche imbarazzati per i disagi che si venivano a creare 2) partendo dal cibo, spesso era freddo. La colazione era il pasto più entusiasmante perché varia e ricca. 3) le camere son degli anni ‘90 e l’arredo è veramente vecchio e consumato. Quando sono entrata in camera son rimasta malissimo nel vedere le condizioni della camera. Per non sottolineare che con una bimba di 9 mesi ci hanno messo nelle lodge in fondo vicino al villaggio Valentino e c’era ****** fino alla una di notte ( disturbando quindi il sonno). 4) la biberoneria offriva sempre le stesse cose. Antonella donna meravigliosa, ma per il resto se la levassero non ci sarebbe alcuna differenza. 5) mare purtroppo pieno di meduse, piuttosto lontano ( ma segnalato) 6) i costi delle bibite fuori la pensione completa erano da fuori di testa: un the in lattina 4.20€ in spiaggia!!! 7) purtroppo non sono stata informata di nessuna attività nel villaggio ne dei servizi extra: ad esempio ho scoperto negli ultimi giorni chiacchierando con altri ospiti che ci fosse accanto alla struttura una nursery che prevedesse anche eventualmente una babysitter a pagamento. Per usufruire di qualsiasi cosa dovevi spostarti negli altri villaggi 4 stelle e allora mi chiedo che 5 stelle e? Nel complesso non ci tornerei. Ha davvero bisogno di una sistemata
