飯店地理位置算不錯附近有很多中國餐廳，但其他不敢苟同。1.本人預訂3晚，第一晚發現浴室水龍頭滴水造成浴室地板潮濕積水，雖然反應櫃台處理但退房時仍未處理，效率差不顧消費者權益入住期間，因濕氣重且進出浴室腳都濕了很不舒服.2.這飯店是三星級飯店，房費有強制包含早餐，所以收費也比別店高，本以為早餐應該會是如網站所張貼的圖片提供自助式餐點，結果卻發50K越幣叫客人到附近早餐店吃簡單小籠包豆漿等簡單餐點，顯然有廣告不實誤導消費者嫌疑。所以通告消費者知道。3本人入住第一天即問店方可否提早一天退房退款，同時並在Trip網站申請更改退房日期。但店方遲遲未回應trip也未再通知本人處理情形。很明顯店方不同意修改也不退款。即使這樣也要明顯回復trip再轉通知本人才兌。
