We stayed six nights and loved it. A convenient location for day tours, shops, and restaurants. Spotlessly clean rooms, delicious daily breakfast, and the kindest, most helpful and welcoming manager you can possibly imagine. We felt right at home at this gem of a hotel. We’d love to return. Great location and nice room. Sadly we have to mark the hotel down for refusing to provide a breakfast box for an early start tour. The owner advised we would get a breakfast on the boat - unfortunately that was a half ham sandwich served mid morning. Felt we had been fobbed off by the hotel - a very poor response given that it was part of the accommodation booking.

Wonderful hotel very close to the main walking area of Santa Cruz. Joseline and her family provided a great place to stay with spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast and a great safe environment.

We have stayed in this small hotel three times and have always felt very well cared for. The owner, manager, and staff did everything possible to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location was a short walk from everything.

An incredible hotel within walking distance of all of the action of town, but in a quieter area. The owner was so helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great too.
