Hotel Coloma Galapagos

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was so kind and nice and really treat us as guests.

The colomo hotel is a perfect location for a vaction in Peurto Ayora for our 1st time on this island , only 5min walk to harbour with shops, bars & Restaurants etc? The room are clean & a good size too , the bed are comfy with a/c, TV & free wifi available too. The staff are super friendly with Betsy on the front desk who will do anything for you with a smile. Very polite and very welcoming .Breakfast is nice on the top floor where Alexandrea with always greet you with with a pleasant smile...lovely place with friendly people in totally unique part of the galapogas archipelago. Great little valuable hotel in the center of Santa Cruz. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel "courtyard" was a fantastic place to hang. Staff was very helpful and kind and even provided us towels for a beach excursion. Rooms included a mini fridge and microwave.

What a super awesome place to stay in Santa Cruz basic hotel however, all you need to do is walk out your door to start and schedule any tour. The hotel is close to everything. Walk down to the port, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Darwin, museum, beaches and experience local culture. Very safe to walk around and taxis are available if you get tired for a dollar. The hotel staff is wonderful and always available. A little trouble with English. However, they have modern technology for translation, which is lots of fun. Snorkel gear beach towels anything you need is complementary and they are there to help you. Breakfast is served listed times and coffees, hot ready and available. we had a small refrigerator and sink kitchenette in our room, which was great to have air-conditioning. Worked great, but could use more hangers. That was the only negative thing. Fridge raider in the main lobby with sodas and beer at decent prices and ready for you to write down what you take and turn in at the end of your stay. Arturo is always around and is very helpful and if I had a business, he would be part owner or manager! can’t wait to come back here❤️🐢🐠

Compared to other similar proved places we stayed this was unique and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful!

Stayed here twice between 1st and 12th December in two different rooms. Both were fine but for whatever reason the third floor seemed better than the ground floor. Although the top floor is further away from the beer fridge. Big, spacious, clean rooms. There are two entrances/exits both leading to a plethora of shops/mini-markets, just expect to get the “tourist rates” in the pharmacy’s etc. Nice place, uniquely decorated, definitely stands out and good WiFi connection. Would definitely recommend. Enjoy the rooster squawking at 4am.
