Absolute disaster!!! Waiting 65 minutes for a coffee and 2 fried eggs and this in February. What do they do here in the summer... you can order something at 8am and if you're lucky, you'll get your coffee before the sun goes down again 😂

Small, quiet hostel in the second row with an excellent restaurant in the first row right by the sea, where you can also have breakfast on the terrace in the sun in the morning. Simple but attractive room, good mattresses.

Attractive restaurant with its pretty terrace and very beautiful decor. Our server was unfriendly, not a word even after payment he didn't say goodbye. The dirty plates and our salads which were bathed in oil were tasteless. I confirm the other opinions, they charge us for the bread that we had not ordered. Fortunately the sangria is good. I do not recommend this place. Our only bad experience of Mallorca.

We spent one night in the hostel and it was great, clean, basic and cozy, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the service was very friendly and the girl who checked us in was also very friendly. We had a great experience in the morning, at breakfast, We informed that at 8:15 we had to leave and they assured us that at 8 we would be able to have breakfast. When we arrived, there was a waiter, Juan, who with a very calm face, had a hard time even answering us, told us that at least until 8:30 they would not serve us. I explained that they had assured us that yes, that they would at least make us a takeaway coffee and he answered very rudely that I asked the cook, I responded that perhaps it was better for him to do it, I understand that he is there to provide the service and He completely ignored us. We also asked him why at dinner we forgot a bag with a swimsuit that we had bought and he didn't even pay attention to us, we looked for him but he didn't appear!

Since I'm not a fan of package holidays, I "put together" my visit to Mallorca myself (flight, rental car, room). You have to save money somewhere. The hostel has one star, not five stars. The unpleasant thing first: the fans in the 2 attached restaurants opposite are loud and the rooms are very thin. Earplugs help. What annoyed me was that as a hostel guest you don't find out about the 15% discount in the attached restaurants when you check in. And getting bread and butter without ordering it (starter) but having to pay for it is really not hospitable. The pleasant thing: the rooms are unobtrusively furnished, the mattress is very comfortable and everything is very clean. You can also look out over the sea from the balcony. Portocolom is a cute place, not a center for mass tourism. The 2 attached restaurants offer good food at a still acceptable price. They are restaurants in a holiday resort and not a snack bar in a shopping center. The staff are very, very nice and also speak English. I didn't leave a tip because I was always paying with a card. I just remembered that and I'm sorry. If you need luxury, you're in the wrong place. If you're short on energy but find tourist hotspots horrible, this is the place for you. Maybe I'll come back.
