The place was ok and food isn’t bad
Restaurant staff always wanted a tip
The hotel desk isn’t helpful at all
Whatever requested we made they said yes but never followed
Like a booking at restaurant they didn’t make for us
Or when we asked for some amenities they said yes but never came
No one picked up the phone at night but they said they had 24 hours room service
