Sentosa resort is one of the worst places to stay or arrange any function. Don't consider it for anything. My office party that was done recently in April, we had the worst experience. Staff very inflexible, very rude. We had to do a verbal fight with them to get basic services. It's been 2 months since that experience, but I just cannot get it out of my head. My staff members were wondering why I chose such a bad place for office party. I spend a lot of money here at Sentosa without getting good service. There is no body there whom you can complain and they will listen to you and fix it. They all are employees and they don't care what happens to the reputation of this resort. One of the worst hotels in PCMC Area in this age of competition. My next office function was done at Tip-Top. Got decent service there. Don't think of Sentosa... You will be sorry.

cockroach and Ants are everywhere in the the room. The staff has change our room but the other room was also sane issue

The property location is very the reason we choose to book our stay & we really find a hidden gem like resort. Due to traffic we reached a little late but the staff was really helpful. Room was pretty good as we booked family room, it was big enough to accommodate a family of four. Will definitely book this property again at my pune visit.

we had to call reception for everything, we booked an executive room and AC wasn't working, No TV connection, No wIFI connection.
though our problem was resolved by calling them repeatedly.
