Dirty Hotel, lousy location & ***agement is absolutely not bothered. Cheating customers in the name of Best Western. Poor Hygiene. AC doesn’t work anywhere in the Hotel. They sell cheap and locally made Beer

This is a very nice hotel. Right on the Highway after Zirakpur flyover. The overall ambiance of the hotel is great. I booked a family suite for my family. The room had great space for all of us. All tidy and clean. The dine in expereince too was great and we enjoyed staying here. Good staff and good food makes it outstanding hotel.

The Hotel is in a very nice location and has good area that it can utilise. At the time of my stay in Oct 2023 my observations are: the paint in the room was chipping off and the carpet was discoloured. The bedsheets need to change after periodic intervals. The rooftop pool is nice but the gym was very rudimentary. It has a very good potential if these issues are addressed.

We went to this hotel for the first time, but the services of the hotel was pathetic. The linen was so dirty & stained, seems like they did not even changed it after the check out of the previous guest. we complained at the front desk, for which they took 15 minutes to respond and after that the so called ***ager came & smiled and simply ignored what we were saying. This shows that its there regular practices. However the linen was changed, but still the bed sheet was having stain of ink and was also torned. They are only using Brand name but services and staff is like a 1 Star Hotel.

I stayed with my family including my mom dad and we all were very happy with the stay. The food was really good, especially chana paneer masal and dal dhaba.
The front office staff is very helpful, special mention to Ms Nidhi (FO ***ager) and Sandeep (FO desk) for helping us out whenever we had any issue.
I would recommend this property if you are looking for a value for money hotel with comfortable stay and good food options

Hard pillows & when requested for soft ones - had to wait and wait and wait- nothing arrived. Hotel right next to wedding venue- so loud music all night. All in all cudnt rest well which ruined the whole of next day,

Pillows were the hardest, requested for a softer one and waited & waited. Loud music from a wedding next door all night. Same booking with two rooms and got them on opposite side of the floor. The hotel is also on a busy highway and so traffic noise adding to the above ruined my sleep and my holiday the next day.

I stayed with my friend in best western Zirakpur. My overall experience is very good . Front desk to all departments are really nice employees. Food and hospitality is excellent. Specially pooja ranjit zaid santosh. I advise this hotel for stay. Apporch is quite easy and in good location. Good god blesss all of them
