During these days I was staying at said hotel on vacation with my wife and the agency made the reservation for us. Upon arrival the service was very poor, the bathrooms in the main dining room were dirty. The general appearance of the room was very poor in addition the room had a bad smell. The bathroom in the room also had a bad smell and had dirt in the shower as well as the channel of the shower curtain, which was also broken.

Muy buena atención, habitaciones limpias, desayuno A1, recepción super amable. Nos recomendaron buenísimos tours! Experiencia inolvidable, hicieron nuestra estadía en Puno muy placentera! Ofrecen movilidad desde el aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa!

On a eue la chance d'avoir une jolie chambre, certaines chambres ont des lits king size et des grandes baignoires d'angle, après avoir eue très froid dans les hauteurs et sur le lac Titicaca, on a vraiment apprécié le confort de cet hôtel. c'est très bien placé pour découvrir Puno mais c'est bruyant les groupes arrivent et repartent même dans la nuit... on y a passé 3 nuits, on a bien apprécié. le petit dej est bien

Hotel Colonial nos brindó la comodidad en nuestro viaje a Puno. Nuestra habitación muy limpia, las camas y en especial las almohadas super cómodas y buena calefacción. El desayuno Buffet fue muy variado y balanceado. Las personas en recepción y en el comedor estuvierón atentos en todo momento para lo que necesitaramos. El hotel tambien tiene un servicio de cena lo cual era otra ventaja.

Es un buen hospedaje, cerca a la plaza, bancos, lugares de artesanía y restaurantes. Tienen calefacción y desayuno incluido; sin embargo tienen pisos alfombrados que están con un poco de polvo para las personas alérgicas choca un poco. Por lo demás es un buen lugar, acogedor.

Todo súper bien, desde que llegamos del aeropuerto hasta que nos fuimos, cuidaron todos los detalles, las habitaciones excelentes, desayuno delicioso, personal muy amable, nos apoyaron con nuestras maletas y por último los servicios de taxis fueron buenos.
