入住前這個女的答應可以免費幫我多開一天70元答應好好的！今天辦理退房、矢口否認有答應這件事，要收我10個點。一點誠信都沒有、找理由説聽錯了。做生意這樣做第一次遇見，這樣做生意早晚玩完。怪不得評分這麼低。不是沒有原因的、前台一男和這一女完全沒有服務意識。服務態度非常差、態度極其兇狠、就這服務態度真的不敢恭維。花錢找罪受、以後不會再選擇這種評分低的入住了。受教訓了。
