衞生條件很差（重點），服務態度差，是一次很糟糕的體驗。平台和公寓沒有溝通到位，到公寓已經很晚了，在很疲憊的情況下至少在前台僵持了十分鐘，最終説給我們四人兩間房三張床，結果後來發現其中一間房是未打掃的…從上樓開始就發現整棟樓都有一股奇異的味道（後來發現是廁所的味道…）到了房間之後，環境很差，衞生間的門是簾子做的，在裏面洗澡上廁所很沒有安全感，蓬頭是壞的，想洗頭結果沒有電吹風…廁所和房間之間就隔了個簾子，所以房間裏面廁所的味道很重，最重要的是！！！床單被罩沒有更換，有一股非常非常濃郁的腳臭味，巨臭無比，完全沒辦法睡，半夜外面還有人説話走動的聲音，很大聲，隔音非常不好，感覺別人説話的聲音就在耳邊，而且房間門不是智能鎖，衹是普通的反鎖木門，安全很成問題。
