Please avoid this hotel at all costs! Upon arrival we was taken to our room which was not clean. No towels provided and no hot water. We complained about the hot water and towels. The hot water never got sorted even after complaining a number of times. We went for 10 days and I had a Luke warm shower on the 8th day after complaining a number of times. We got towels but 2 to share between a family of 5. The food was awful. Barely any change in dishes and made us all very ill. I have been back home for a few days we are all still suffering with stomach pain. I believe the food hygiene was none existent. I also witnessed bar staff re using dirty cups and just swilling them out with tap water. Not good! The swimming pool and water slides were great. As well as the life guards, very attentive with the children. That’s probably the only good thing I can say. How this hotel has 5 stars is beyond me.

Me and my Fiance recently stayed at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff at the pool and the restaurant were fantastic and very friendly. Besho, Tamer and Abdullah made our stay fantastic and they are an asset to the hotel. We had great laughs with these 3 staff and they made our stay better. These 3 are such hard working staff but never fail to smile and make you feel welcome.

We were put up in this hotel for a night because of a flight delay. We were in the room for no more than a minute. I saw a bed bug running on a pillow and we immediately left. At the reception, we were offered another room, which we refused. What's the point? We decided to spend the night in the lobby, but that was also a quest. The sofas are broken, there are flies, mosquitoes, and smells. This isn't a hotel, it's a dump. I absolutely do not recommend it!

Had the most amazing time in this beautiful country with our family of 7 All staff members are very welcoming and respectful highly recommend to all families Done quite a lot of excursions and again all staff members was super helpful at any time The resort is amazing and so beautiful Rooms are nice and clean and have a housekeeper that is brilliant coming round everyday checking if we need anything Also very good with checking in and checking out no problems.

Hotel staff amazing big rooms food nice .pool staff are amazing Yousef the bar manager was fantastic was always checking on us making sure we had drinks we have a friend for life . The other bar staff were also very helpful and friendly also checked on us . The life guards can not fault Mohamed was our favourite his kind helpful and his a part of our family now ignor the bad reviews go see for yourself it is a lovely place we will come again for sure x
