酒店相對比較老舊了，毛巾有點潮，早餐也很一般，有點對不住這個價格，最不好的是早上洗澡時停電停水，座機也打不通，早上退房向前台反應，前台覺得很正常 説市政停的,一點歉意都沒有。暈了 還做服務行

去潛江吃小龍蝦，想找個高檔點的酒店都找不到，品牌酒店也沒有，有家麗楓，評價太差就沒訂。最後，選了價格相對較高的，就是這家，覺得價格高，體驗應該會好些。我選的套房，進去發現居然是多了一個麻將房。設施很陳舊，開空調還有一股臭味。九點去吃早餐，基本上就沒有什麼吃的了，吃了一個饅頭就去對面小店吃了點早餐。總的感覺，酒店風格、設施與服務，還處於上世紀的水平。我老家是潛江的，第一次發現潛江像樣的酒店都沒有，希爾頓歡朋這樣的都沒有，有點掉價

出差選擇的酒店，酒店地理位置還算方便，距離附近吃東西的地方很近，但是房間沒有淋浴間，衹能在浴缸裏站着洗澡，對於身高高一點的人來説確實很不方便，空調沒有制熱效果，還要吐槽的是走的時候找前台要一瓶水居然沒給，讓我在樓下超市自己買，也是醉了

房間裝修老舊，電視遙控器非常不靈敏，大床是由兩張單人床拼起來的，同時房間裏面有個麻將室，不曉得麻將室拼了這麼大一張床打算讓怎麼玩的…單邊牀頭櫃。
九點去早餐亭，啥都沒有了，這點非常氣氛，我篩選高檔酒店的，早餐都沒有，怎麼叫高檔？！
總之，非常差的體驗，以後到潛江絕對不會再去這裏了。

第一次來潛江，選擇這家酒店的原因，位置在市中心，來了確實選擇是對的，離步行街就幾百米，房間環境也不錯，關鍵還有浴缸，還配了一次性的浴缸袋，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店！
