酒店老闆姓楊，是名地道的山裡人，侍人熱情為人淳樸，雖説在山裡但衞生間熱水24小時正常供應，住在此處海撥有700多米空氣清鮮，早上早點起床漫步真是天然氧吧的感覺，早點的自助餐也很實惠，山莊離景點南大門或大龍窩索道衹有1.4KM，我自駕過去在景區路上車輛發生故障，楊老闆及時幫我聯繫修理車行修理，在修理時段免費接送我們入住及景點遊玩，聖達汽修店師傅技術很好且修理費比我們當地的還便宜，並沒有過路車輛宰客的行為，使我們玩的很開心，並沒有受到車輛故障影響遊玩，我們一家對卧雲山莊楊老闆的熱情與關心表示感謝，有親朋好友如去天柱山玩會推薦去卧雲山莊入住遊玩是不錯的選擇。

位置很好，離大龍窩索道和天柱山南門都不遠。老闆服務態度非常好，給我們指路少花了景區交通票的錢，爬完天柱山還打電話説可以去索道口接我們，晚上就在老闆家吃的，土雞湯非常推薦，老闆説開了三十年土菜館，味道燒的不錯。早飯也很可口，總之非常滿意，以後有朋友去一定推薦。
