晚上凌晨十二點半辦理入住的，早上七點在一樓有早餐味道也還可以，酒店位置爬山很方便，就在天柱山東關山腳下

如果在二十年前，設施和配置絕對是一流的。但房間條件太差了，電視還是已經淘汰了的大個頭。也沒幾個人入住。

淡季出遊，晚上到達，人很少位於天柱山纜車下站附近，該纜車站並未運行，這可能是住了不多的原因。非常清靜，是個修心養性之地。衞生不錯。早餐雞蛋肉絲麪。放了兩個雞蛋，吃飽了足夠爬天柱山了

🚗 交通：必須自駕上山，離景點都很近。
🧹衞生：整體不錯，房間有黴味，浴巾該換新的了！
🍃環境：十分優美，安靜。
🔔服務：幾乎沒有服務。就當是自助酒店了。

開車去的，景區裏，得買門票和景交併出示賓館訂單才能進，好停車。離南大門2公里。由於疫情原因，人很少，就兩住户，差點包場。周圍咋樣就看照片吧。

前台服務人員都比較熱情❤️整個環境都不錯，在天柱山景區裏，適合自駕居住，就是設備老了，洗澡水小點，地毯都是香煙燙的痕跡。停車場方便，很大，早餐一般，我是10月6日住一晚，可能是節日，價位高了。

垃圾酒店，因為堵車不能去，就不給退房費。提出退的協商之前，特意去電話問了下還有很多空房間，並未因為預留導致流失客户。當然預訂也説了不能退，所以還是建議各位別去
