房間很大，設備挺好，但是房間有一組有一股濕氣，被子有點潮濕 ，勁大，但是沒有沒有温馨的感覺 薛冰冰涼，空盪盪的，服務一般前台的服務員，感覺好像你欠他錢似的

房內設施略顯老舊，圓床大倒是挺大的，但是是兩個床墊拼接起來的，接縫處挺硬的，硌的不舒服。這前台連個門頭招牌都沒有，找都不好找。

沒帶身份證，在前台掃碼，結果要收一塊錢一個人，如果每個人都收，那也能理解，這很正常，沒有區別對待，但是我們開了兩個房間，我們都沒帶身份證，一個房間沒有扣沒帶身份證的錢，一個房間扣了，就很奇葩，看人收費嗎？

長期出差在外，這家尚客優是我有史以來住過的最差一次，體驗感極差，客服蠻橫無理，態度惡劣，房間空調效果太差，被凍感冒了，衞生也糟糕透頂，價格還這麼貴，倒閉是遲早的事，差評！差評！差評
