首先登記時被告知要交按金，還沒有正式收據；搞了半天平台幫忙解決，耗時半小時；房間更失望：衞生差託鞋上還有頭髮泥巴，電視機後面還有誰丟棄的避孕套噁心，穿我自己的涼鞋洗澡，更鬧心的電熱水器冷熱水温度無法調差燙死我，搞半天也沒搞好，睡覺牀頭櫃衹有枱燈插口，沒有多的充電插座，你這是要幹嘛？枱燈、充電二選一嗎，窗外就是大工地，好不容易熬到天亮，逃離式的趕快走，下次打死我這不住這樣的公寓

這次來青島出差，趕上旅遊旺季酒店不好定，找了四個小時找到這家公寓式酒店，本來想的衹能湊合一下了，結果沒想到是驚喜，首先老闆的服務態度特別好，也很有耐心，其次是房間大小合適，遠處就是青山風景特別好，房間也很乾凈整潔，花灑的水又大又柔和體驗感拉滿，晚上很安靜，樓背後還有一個大超市，購買物資超方便，還有一家很好吃的川菜館！

房間位置非常好，過一個路口就是地鐵站，離海邊也非常近，打車大概十五分鐘。
房間裏面有洗衣機、正適合沖浪。房間還有冰箱，東西很齊全。
宿舍管理人員回消息很迅速，有什麼需求都可以直接聯繫。
洗手間也蠻乾淨的。
可以改進的就是沙發和桌子再乾淨一些，或者鋪個桌墊，看起來環境就更好啦。
