服務態度不好，客人不方便連拿個行李都不會。靠路邊的房間比較吵，重點後來發現晚一點價格優惠了不少。所以差評

房間乾淨，環境好，前台服務很好，近中山路地鐵站和景點

地理位置很好，出了地鐵口幾分鐘就到，雖然臨街，但是晚上睡覺不吵。酒店前台的小姐姐態度熱情友好，後面出現了衞生問題也很積極處理，還寫了道歉便條，送了地鐵卡（雖然它過期了🤣）不知道是不是因為新店的原因，房間一開門有很重的裝潢問，不過開窗透氣，味道就要好很多，酒店可以提前將入駐的房間開窗透風，是個不錯的加分項。房間空間很大，入住時給升級了房間，但是衞生情況，酒店還是需要加強上位客人離店後的清潔工作，地板上的頭髮絲及沉渣、小冰箱是否有東西殘留，還有浴室打掃，對於酒店的排水系統跟防水問題不知道是我這個房間（211）的問題還是整體都是這樣，哪怕浴室門關的緊緊的，排水速度慢，且會滲透到洗漱台及馬桶那邊的隔間，必須要將水用毛巾吸幹才可以下腳，不然酒店的那個薄拖鞋可以直接報廢了😂，希望酒店方，可以改改吧。最後，酒店那個茶包是過期的，換了吧😅😅😅希望你們越來越好吧

前台真的超好，續住發現沒房間了，幫我辦好之後，收的也是我原來訂的價格（其實我的房價是用積分抵了八塊錢的）服務態度也很好。小的不足肯定有但是基本滿意。不過路邊十點前有點吵，十一點基本沒聲音了。位置也好，就在地鐵站出來往右走十幾米這樣。可能回來還得住

When I chose the hotel, I was attracted by the pictures. The actual accommodation conditions were exactly the same as in the pictures. The location was very convenient, just across the road from Dabao Island, and there was a subway station right outside. The service was also very good. The TV in the room didn't work very well on the day of check-in. Because it was too late that night, the technicians went off work. I promised to wait for the technicians to come to work the next day to solve it. I didn't take it seriously at the time. I went out early the next morning, and when I came back in the evening, the TV problem had been solved. Just to say, the courtyard is very photogenic!
