衞生：房間衞生不乾淨進門大窗台全是灰塵電視機也是一堆灰塵，床應該是被人睡過後整理了一下床單都不是平整的
設施：熱水壺裡麪燒了可能八百年的水都沒倒掉裏面全是水垢
環境：環境還可以吧
服務：服務還是挺熱情的

大家一定要看清楚這是個大小區，沒怎麼住人，進去10幾分鐘找不到樓棟也沒有門牌，好多還在裝修。公寓不像酒店下單30分鐘就不能退了，帶了小孩去方特玩晚上回非常不方便小區到處都是樹蚊子，找了半天找不到，也沒有服務人員，屬於自己找樓棟門牌那種，跟老闆協商也不退款，老闆態度非常不好，指着顧客鼻子罵😡非常不愉快，感覺出門在外受到驚嚇，我們200多沒住當買個教訓，自己花錢換了個快捷酒店，以後出門快捷酒店是首選當日6點前都可以退款

本來以為可以住兩個人 實際上還有一個榻榻米 還可以多住一個人 價格不貴 性價比很高 公寓離方特很近 走過去七八分鐘就到了 周邊比較安靜

房間衞生差，床上有頭髮，房間還有上任房客的剩襪子，嚇人，最主要的是房間下水道味很重，衞生條件差，體驗感差

環境很好 這個小區裏有很多家酒店 這家是服務態度環境最好的 有個東西放酒店忘記拿了 過了幾天才想到 沒想到還給我們留着 不像這個小區的其他酒店落東西在酒店直接就給丟了 回頭找還怪你自己不保管好 同樣在小區開的酒店 來住就選這家 老闆人不錯👍👍👍👍

去方特玩，住這家酒店，我帶孩子一起出行拿了不少東西，酒店老闆還找人幫忙拎東西，很熱情，服務態度很好，房間內乾淨衞生，很寬敞！孩子在方特玩的也很歡😊
