剛入住發現床單被罩都沒給換，找服務員，還不承認，我們再三要求才給換了個床單，空調是壞的，找人修了下，結果半夜又壞了，房間裏很潮濕，住了兩天衞生間一直有股奇怪的味道，真是很差的體驗，周圍要啥沒啥，還好有一頓免費的早餐，除此之外真是感覺太差勁了，下次不會再住了。

設施：該有的都有，都能用。
衞生:衞生打掃的還乾淨的。就是晚上有蚊子。
門口停車方便，去沙子口沙灘很近，走路過去3分鐘左右。傍晚可以去沙灘趕海，挖蟶子和蛤喇，小螃蟹也有。
距離嶗山比較近。第二天我們早起早飯還沒好，前台幫忙聯繫了廚房先給我們吃了。饅頭剛出爐的很軟很香。
這個季節在青島這個價格訂到這樣的酒店還算可以了。性價比較高

五一過去的，給大家一箇中肯的評價：環境沒什麼問題這是一個餐廳住宿一體的酒店，
一、服務
1.辦入住的時候送了早餐卡可以免費吃早餐（但是我們沒起來，沒吃不知道好不好吃）
2.有電梯但是電梯位置是在休息平台，下了電梯還有走半層樓梯
3.晚上下樓吃飯點了一份菜價格很合理，店家送了兩份米，送餐送錯了又給我們做了一份，相當於我們花了一份菜的錢買到了兩份菜兩份米，而且服務態度十分不錯
4.晚上睡覺床有點硌，你坐床上可以感受到床墊裏的彈簧
5.我們定了兩天，第二天我們出門回來發現房間並沒有收拾，估計是忘了
6.可能是靠近山的原因，水有點偏黃
7.走的時候還送了小包紙
總的來説服務態度很棒，專業業務管理有待提升；以下圖片為我們走的時候拍的房間有點亂
二、位置
位置還可以，離嶗山很近，往市區有公交，離四號線也不是很遠

簡直就是垃圾酒店，跟幾十塊錢的招待所一樣，飯店改的酒店，床單枕套很臟，滿屋子蚊子，空調是壞的，開始打不開跑了兩趟前台（2樓沒電梯） ，打開以後跟火車一樣轟隆轟隆響一晚上，本想離嶗山近就是一晚上也沒抱着太大希望，結果衹能呵呵了

性價比幾乎沒有，花了300元住了一個小旅館，垃圾透頂，服務態度蠻橫，發生了小插曲一句道歉都沒有，花灑直接分開了，衞生太垃圾，床單不乾淨，床墊和木板差不多，空間很小，東西很亂，我自駕過來，青島呆了4天，前邊都是很好的體驗，最後一天住了最垃圾的酒店，第二天要去嶗山的，被酒店眼鏡大叔和領班經理全部浪費了，是你們的責任，你們要承擔承認，最起碼得賠禮道歉要有啊！？？最主要酒店還雙標！！！！雙標！！！3樓以上自用，你要提疑問和毛病，他才私底下給你安排到樓上，完全抹黑當地人，
