説實話將近700一天的公寓住着實在有些奢侈，這個價格都4星級標準了結果衹是個公寓，衞生也一般，服務也一般，我是奔着酒店定的結果還是個公寓懶得換了，衞生間那麼小，毛巾黑呼呼的，和酒店肯定是沒法比的。

木有早餐啊。對面就是金茂灣商業中心，吃東西很方便。位置也不錯啊，樓下在修地鐵，今後估計更方便出行。就是高峯期上下電梯比較擁擠，經常要等下一部電梯。

首先説， 這個民宿打車很好找， 應該還挺有名兒的 ， 青島也不大，我們做到青島北站下車，去之前民宿小姐姐給我發來了尋找民宿的地圖，感覺應該花一些時間找一找，但沒想到，司機師傅很順利的帶我們到達了民宿樓下。當時正時12點，民宿退房時間，樓下人很多，較為混亂。一共3部電梯，因為人多，會耽誤很多時間上下樓，需要耐心等待！到了3樓民宿小姐辦理入住手續的房間，幫忙調了房間在同一樓層。總之服務很好！房間隔音一般，洗漱用品齊全！民宿樓下有24小時便利店，馬路對面是金茂灣購物中心，很一般的商場，可以滿足一般生活需要。總之這次體驗感很好！再次感謝客服小姐的熱情服務！

第一次來青島.帶着孩子們.中午到達民宿.房間還沒有退房.但是前台小姐姐很貼心説你們要不把行李放在前台…你們可以先出去玩.晚一點幫我們把行李送到房間.太有愛了😘房間就用圖片來告訴你們.挺温馨的…孩子們一進門就是🈶️家感覺.還可以看看晚霞…會推薦朋友來🥰

公寓位置好，海景房，坐在沙發上，躺床上就能看見大海，樓下是金茂灣購物中心，超市美食衣飾葯店一應俱全，出門走路不到十分鐘，就到團島菜市場，主副食海鮮肉類青菜水果應有盡有，樓下路邊就是幾條線路公交車始發站，能到市內各大景點，房間佈置和店家圖片一模一樣，衞生打掃特別及時，店家服務非常好，老客户還幫忙預留房間，非常感謝，已經連續兩年去青島玩住在這了，下次有機會還會住這的

給升級了家庭主題房，温馨整潔，空調和熱水都好用，周邊買東西和吃飯方便放心。離青島站20分鐘步行，有公交直達火車站。

房間複式二層，設施新設計合理，冰箱洗衣機一應俱全。相對一公里的青島站而言性價比高一檔次。距離棧橋等景點距離近，從棧橋沿海岸往小青島、八大關、五四廣場、奧帆中心等景點，台東美食街等都在十公里範圍內。一日遊去嶗山都可專車接送，且邊上海鮮餐飲店眾多，較之青島站實惠多多，的確是青島地站附近性價比較高的出行居住首選。值得一提的是，本來五一期間需12時退房，因外遊堵車需加時一個小時，告之前台人員，前台也不收延遲費，的確是為旅客着想的公寓酒店，值得推薦！

雖然説是海景，但那個位置其實衹能看見一小半海啦，不過在淡季旅行，這個價格要什麼自行車啊
樓下有711和商場，很方便，外賣的話衹能去一樓自取櫃去，高峯期電梯要等很久，這棟樓都是民宿
