Fantastic hotel with great service from the staff. They are extremely friendly and nice to the guests.
It is near the metro and therefore travelling to different parts of Qingdao is very convenient.
We all definitely come back and stay here.

The location is great and is convenient to lots of restaurants and the downtown of Qingdao. The front desk and the lobby service are great. They are very helpful and provided great services. This hotel was the 1st 5 star hotel in the Shandong province and had lots of famous guests. However, the facility itself needs to updated. The carpets are old. Some guests may not comply with the rule of no smoking. You can smell the smoking from the common area and the room.
Great location, good service but out dated facility.
