慎選❗️性價比低！服務差勁！停車異常困難！
1️⃣非常不划算，房價大跳水！提前一個月預訂付了小700，當日賣不出去了房價降到200多。
2️⃣服務態度非常差。價格落差我認了，但關鍵是酒店完全沒有服務意識。
入住當天早上9點打招呼説12點開車到，到了之後根本沒有車位（停車情況如圖），在僅容一輛車通行、無法掉頭的小巷子裏困了接近一個小時。酒店沒有提出解決辦法，甚至全程都沒出來幫忙看一眼。
打電話過去聯繫就説讓我們自行解決，我無奈衹能提出退款，酒店一開始答應了，説平台介入就給退款，但平台介入之後酒店立刻反悔，推説自己衹是個前台，沒有權限，硬是要拖到第二天經理上班（這樣訂單就無法取消了！）。
最後衹能另外找了一家酒店住。非常感謝攜程平台的各位工作人員在協商處理過程中提供的幫助！
整個過程中，但凡酒店靈活一點，比如提前預留好車位，或者下樓當面解釋一下，幫忙想想別的辦法，比如停到附近停車場之後幫忙拿個行李之類的，都不至於這麼不愉快。
我看了別的評論，尤其是商家對各條差評的回覆，真心勸選擇這家的朋友們：請擦亮眼睛，慎重決策！

五一旅遊，在攜程上選了這個酒店，房間很好，老闆給了升級，空間很寬敞 ，離步行街很近 ，有很多美食，鬧中取靜，很贊👍👍

酒店衞生乾淨整潔，房間隔音效果好，床品舒適，五星好評。老闆人很好，免費把房間給升級了，酒店樓下就是台東步行街，出行方便！

房間是真的夠寬敞，住起來非常舒服，冰箱，電視，洗衣機，都是房間標配~免費使用，床品很乾凈，有
什麼問題直接問管家，都會很耐心的解答，非常熱心。雖然是民宿，該提供的都有，一次性拖鞋，一次性洗漱用品這些都很齊全。還非常貼心的準備了一次性床品，收費很低，比我以前上網買的還便宜，不加價這點真夠良心的！對了，有什麼事可以隨時找前台，處理問題很及時，給以後來的小夥伴參考。

房型比較好，也比較乾淨～位置比較便利，就在台東步行街上，吃飯逛街都比較方便。交通也挺便利的，距離地鐵站口也比較近，下次來青島還會再來

房間很寬敞，位置很方便，出門就是小吃街好多好吃的，老闆人也很好，有需要都幫我們解決了，還幫我們免費升級了房間，是個很不錯的地方，有需要快沖！！！

就在台東步行街，下樓就是了，酒店在裝修。房間還可以，就是窗户沒紗窗，晚上有蚊子🦟。。
老闆人超好，服務周到，看着像是自家開的店，二樓也準備裝房間了。二三樓才有房間，看着像是一大空屋隔開的，隔音不大好，房屋看着有點舊，特別是房門，晃動。。
怎奈就是近呢，地段好，淡季小一百吧，挺值得了
