房間非常乾淨，整潔，老闆人很好，非常熱情，下次來青島還住這裏，青島是個好地方，長來，養人，氣候好，好地方

環境：是租賃高層的幾個房間，説是海景房不全對，全是半海景吧，可以看到海軍博物館
衞生：乾淨應該是住宿的最低標準吧，條件差環境差 跟酒店關係不大，可以接受。但是如果衞生沒做好，就是純粹態度問題了。剛進入5分鐘，就發現各種灰塵，手一摸開關、櫃子 床頭也是灰，反饋之後我們出去玩了4小時後回來，也是有一層灰，衹能説就這樣吧
設施：看得出來，設施能省則省。連一次性杯子都是有限制的分開放，也不知道 有沒有用過。。。
服務：一般般吧，能幫忙存放行李還是很感謝的，要是衞生方面能多用心就更好了

第二次在這住了，房間挺大，很乾凈，房東阿姨人也很熱情。酒店地理位置很好，離海邊近，樓下海風吹着很舒服，窗外的紅瓦綠樹也很美。

去火車青島站非常近。出了火車站直走拐個彎兒就到了，去棧橋也很近，周圍吃飯交通非常方便。酒店具體位置在發展大廈裏面，裏面好像全是民宿，環境還可以吧，來看演唱會，衹是睡了一晚，單間沒有窗户略微有點悶，倒是很乾凈，老闆也很好説話。暑期的話這個價格挺實惠的。

設施：位置離青島站跟近，挨着棧橋，公寓阿姨打掃的很温馨，正兒八經的海景房，看海鷗非常的方便，現在這個季節看海鷗正好👌🏻
